Siisti perushotelli keskellä kaupunkia. Ilmastointi, hyvä kylpyhuone, ei melua: kaksinkertaiset ikkunat. Yhden hengen huonessa oli iso hyvä sänky. Helppo löytää asemalta kanaalin viereistä katua n. 2km kunnes tulee pieni aukio ja siitä poispäin kanaalista. Huone on pieni ja riittävä, tosin Venetsiassa on kuulemma useimpien hotellien huoneet pieniä, tämä ei häirinnyt. |

Hotellilla täydellinen sijainti aivan keskusta tuntumassa, kuitenkin rauhallinen kaunis hotelli, jossa kauniit huoneet ja atmosfääri. Erittäin palvelualtis henkilökunta. Hotelli oli itselleni täydellinen. |

Näköala huoneesta pikkukanavalle oli upea! Huoneemme oli Superior-huone ja se oli tilava ja hyvin varusteltu. Kattoterassi oli mukava yllätys tupakoivalle pariskunnalle. Hotelli oli hieman vaikea löytää |

Toimiva palvelu, ystävällinen ilmapiiri, erittäin siisti hotelli. Hotelli sijaitsee hiljaisella paikalla, mutta ei kuitenkaan kaukana nähtävyyksistä. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä myös mm. matkatessa lentoasemalle. Hotellin kattoterassi oli mukava yllätys. |

Quite easy to find and central. The staff were all very friendly. Rooms were clean and quite spacious for Venice. Great power shower! |

We had a nice stay in the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and especially the bathroom was really modern. The hotel is in a quiet area, but still very close to Rialto bridge (center). The staff is a bit formal, although they were very helpful. |

Easy to get to with a very central location in Venice. Staff was good but I did find a few communication problems in the form of language misunderstandings. Room was quite basic by my standards but it was spotlessly clean which is the most important. The room was very hot even with supposedly an aircon unit that I was never convinced worked. The walls are also a bit on the thin side so your "neighbours" might very well be interrupting your sleep. |

Good location. The room was tiny, but the bathroom was actually quite nice. The breakfast was OK - nothing too grand. Tiny room, very dark - almost impossible to open the window. |

The staff were friendly especially Elisa who spoke many different languages and was always friendly and helpful even with difficult patrons. The rooms were always very clean and I felt safe which is important for a woman travelling alone. Would have liked eggs for breakfast. |

Wonderful room with view of a pretty canal, very comfortable and convenient. I really liked the place though and would stay here again and recommend to friends. Reception, staff not unfriendly but could have been a little more engaged, looked rather as if they'd been doing the job a long time and were a bit on auto-pilot. Breakfast OK but better coffee would have been welcome. |

We liked the location, cleanliness, and the facilities. The continental breakfeast was verry nice, with a good amount of choice. There is a large amount of shopping and restaurants near by. |

The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Nice rooms and very nice bathsrooms. noisy. Heard showers above us. I would rate this a 3 star hotel |
