Beautiful facility and great location for getting just about anywhere in Venice. The free boat to Murano was excellent for those wanting to get to the glass factories, but guests do need to take a public boat back to Venice--boat 42. Advertised as having laubdry service. I had to walk about fifteen minutes (nearly to train station) to find a laundry |

The junior suite was well located and nicely laid out. The jacuzzi was a whirlpool bath but was very welcome after walking around the city on a hot day. The rooftop terrace was relaxing and a bonus. The staff looked after my wife`s food allergies well. Breakfast could have been more varied from day to day. Choice of fruit and salad was missing. The internet was not available during our stay making the online return flight checking in impossible. |

Almost close to train station. One of staffs behavior was very strange and impolite. The air conditioner temperature was fixed and I couldnot slepp as it was very cold at night and there was no blanket at room which was strange. |

Very easy to access with your luggage from Canale Grande Vaporetto Stop Ca d'Oro. Just a few minutes, no steps, no bridges to cross. Turn right into Strada Nuova, at Campo dei SS Apostoli turn left and the hotel is straght ahead after crossing the street Riva Terra dei Franceschi. The hotel is also just a few minutes away from Ponte di Rialto, but not advisable with luggage. |

Ther fact that is was close to the Rialto bridge. and in a quite location! The room is quite small.And there was a smell of sewage from the bedroom. It was a little different to find as its hidden away. |

Restaurant and local cafe experiences, being in the back streets. Easy to walk to the main attractions. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Also they all spoke English which made things easy. The breakfast and room service were good value and the patio lovely to enjoy the evening sunshine. There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. |
