The location is great, and the room was spacious for European standards and very clean. The hotel claimed to have booked us a water taxi and directed us to wait outside the hotel near the gondolas. However, they did not bother to tell us that because of high tide, no taxi was coming. We had to run back to the hotel and get walked through a maze of streets to a more accessible water stop. Then, we were directed to take a gypsy boat, which proceeded to get stopped by the police at length. We nearly missed our train, and it was a very stressful experience leaving Venice. |

The bed was very firm ... so I slept like a rock. Also although room was right next to breakfast serving area, heard nothing. No problem I can think of, except typically European tiny shower. |

le calme, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la disponibilité du personnel, les grandes dimensions de la chambre le seul bémol, c'est que l'itinéraire pour s'y rendre est mal indiqué : on arrive bien sûr facilement place Saint-Marc, mais après, plus d'indications... heureusement que nous avons rencontré un policier qui connaissait ! |

La facilita' di accesso a tutto il centro citta' di maggiore interesse La vasca dove e' possibile far la doccia andrebb e chiusa meglio; la tv potrebbe essere collegata con la pay tv satellitare per ampliare la scelta; connessione wi-fi libera |
