The location was perfect, close to everything but tucked away just out of the busy pedestrian area. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, met us at the dock and walked us to the b&b with a short guided tour en route! Then told us where to eat and drink that wouldn't cost a fortune!
Wi-Fi disconnected every 30 mins and we had to re enter details to log back on, a little inconvenient. Breakfast was a croissant and a hard boiled egg. I don't like hard boiled egg, I like dippy egg!!
Both shower and WC were out of order. The breakfast was very poor
Fantastic location, friendly and caring staff, excellent wifi package.
Rainhead shower a bit too big for size of shower cubicle - not a criticism but personal preference.
I fell in love with this charming sweet bed and breakfast. After checking in, we were greater by tea and cake in our room. The location was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!!
Ca' Del Nobile was one of the best experiences we've had in hotels. In particular, Ekaterina who was working the front desk that week, gave such a warm welcome that set the tone for the whole stay. We received refreshments upon arrival and were able to have our breakfast in the room the next day. The location was also easy to find and extremely convenient.
The double bed was really two twins combined, which is understandably common in Europe, but still not the most comfortable, but perfectly mangeable.
Ca' del Nobile was very nice, small, with an attentive staff.
Friendly staff, decent location, free mini bar that gets restocked every day (grab a few drinks and pack them for your day of wandering around), towel warmer in bathroom, hairdryer (very basic), dual shower head.
The linen and towels are washed in vinegar (or so it smells like it), doesn't feel very nice to sleep in or dry your body with. I also think there were bed bugs, couldn't get to sleep as I was so itchy and woke up with bites. Breakfast wasn't enough to fill you up until lunch time. Air conditioner didn't work. A lot of steep and small steps to get up to the main level, not so great if you have heavy travel cases with wheels that you have to carry.
Almost everything. The welcome given and exceptionally friendly staff. Beautiful room, excellent value Breakfast was good and served to us early..as we needed to leave early
No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Returning to the hotel calf-deep in water at aqua alta!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do not remember, if I met such a nice people ever.
There is only rainshower in the bathroom, so if you dont want to wash your hair, still you have to. The bed was little bit uncomfortable.
Location, breakfast, service, comfort, nice (standard) room
Noisy (wooden floor gave à lot of noise from neighbours)
Excellent staff provide a high touch service. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. Included in the price was breakfast and mini-bar. So nice not be be nickel-and dimed for once.
The bed was just ok in terms of comfort.
Air conditioning was not functioning in our room which made it quite uncomfortable.
The location was central to everything. Ekaterina on reception was extremely helpful and very friendly. With functioning a/c the hotel would be good value.
brilliant location room size quiet
does not look like a hotel, more like rooms-to-rent would rather eat breakfast out dusty
Location Cake in the floor :-) Very friendly staff (everything you need will be given to you for free) Venetian style
I went to Venice and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in the end of August and was quite satisfied with everything! Good service, nice personal, cleaned and well designed rooms, so cosy and comfortable, even thought the room was quite small we enjoyed so much.
There were so many mosquitos in the room which didn't let me sleep every night. First night at 2 am I went to reception and haven't found anybody, just a paper on the table which says "in case of emergency press 9 using the phone in your room" I did it more than 1817262 times and called straight to the hotel using the number in booking.com and received no answer, which was quite annoying. Next morning I asked if they have something against mosquitos or where I can buy it at least, in the hotels they have nothing and receptionist proposed me to buy it in the shop quite far away from the hotel (obviously I didn't want to spend a day in Venice looking for that). So if you have sweet blood and attract mosquitos try to bring something from home and sleep tight during the nights.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable and extremely quiet. Katerine was the highlight of our stay going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect!
The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful with the limited resources available to them. The Casanova room just passed for comfortable and was quiet.
The plug socket next to the bathroom door pulled out of the wall when unplugging, this was not fixed to the wall properly..dangerous! The toilet flush handle was very difficult to flush..needs fixing I would say! Tried ringing the '9' telephone number told to us to use in case of any problems or emergency..we had a problem with the temperature of the shower which was far too hot and would not turn to reduce temperature. The number did not work. This left us feeling unsafe and frustrated with the lack of functioning facilities. Consequently we were unable to shower until staff Roberto arrived at 8pm and was able to regulate this, a skill obviously only known and gained through experience of working there! This I believe is must happen regularly as there is clearly a certain way of 'tweeking ' it. Dangerous..get it fixed! Wifi did not work at all in the room only in the sitting area outside the rooms. Didn't like the public nature of all the facilities being in squashed in the same area. Eating breakfast in the same area as the reception. Too many stairs, two flights to go up and down..needs a lift. Not a place for anyone with physical limitations or disabilities.
Good location in amongst it Staff friendly
Air conditioning didn't work well Staff not always available Smoky foyer where breakfast was served
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had an early check out and the staff prepared an early breakfast for our departure.
location shower in bathroom
lack of drawers to put clothes in
location, clean awesome breakfast quiet very friendly free drinks from the room fridge
1. shower really really small 2. staff turned AC and all power off after cleaning the room, so by the time we came back to sleep, the room was super hot and humid.
The staff was incredible. They were full of great advice and bent over backward to make our stay special!
Very helpful Katrina, the only staff there , owner served us tea.Near to San Marco square.
Very difficult to locate,no lift, aircon was not cooling the room at all. Limited breakfast.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was superb!
excellent location, wonderful customer service and great recommendations for art, food and drink.
small intimate surroundings might put some off but we loved the friendliness
