Fantastic location ,
Rooms were nicely equipped with modern fixings. Unique and clean lodging great value for the money! PARKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Walls are paper thin!
Brilliant location for arrival - right next to bus station in Piazzale Roma EXCELLENT breakfast
No coffee/teae-mailing facilities in room
People mover to cruise terminal is just across the street. In our wanderings through Venice we came across several people who were exhausted pulling luggage to distant hard to find hotels. We did not have that problem, hotel is easy walk from airport bus and almost next to people mover. Only minor issue, no elevator, so you must carry bags to 2nd and 3rd floors.
very near bus station and easy to walk into venice
Everything about the place! Just beware there were no lifts so a lot of luggage can be a challenge.
Can't think of anything other than no lift but, hey, you're in Italy...what's there to dislike?
Room had A/C
The breakfast The parking-booked 2 nights-free the first night 20€ the second. Had to haul suitcases up and down several flights of stairs. Shower was dated.
Breakfast had limited choice.
The location was excellent.
The wifi was weak.
Our room was in the new anex, it was clean, new with a decent size room and bath The staff was very nice and helpfull The free wifi is a bonus The breakfast ia continental but quite good
The walls are paper thin, we could hear the tv in the other room and the people snoring The noise from the parking lot was disturbing
Excellent location for anyone with luggage arriving by plane for a cruise. Bus stops opposite hotel and people mover to cruise ship is also across the street. 5 mins walk to water taxi to take you to St Marks square
perfect location for train and cruise ship
Great location Nice rooms in annex. great included breakfast free wifi
Position, close to a parking (a unique adds on in Venice)
The staff at the check out not really friendly and rude. Breakfast is a shame, everything is packed and nothing is fresh, a part the milk. For the simple facility, the poor WIFI connection, at least we could expect a good breakfast...but in Italy most of hotels are like this: instead to use the breakfast time to spoil the customers, this represent for owners a duty to keep at the minimum. if you go to a bar you can get a cappuccino, fresh orange juice and fresh croissant, things you can dream in this facility since they are of very low quality.
It was within walking distance of cruise ship. Very convenient.
No lift. Carrying luggage upstairs heavy going for us.
Quiet, clean room close to bus terminal.
There was not a lobby for relaxation outside the room.
Good location if you have a car. Friendly staff.
Mosquitoes in the room.
The location of this hotel is great. As soon as we drove over the bridge into Venice, turned right, we saw the hotel. The best feature of the hotel was probably the parking. The room was comfortable and very clean too. I've read other travelers say the parking was too cramped, but you just get your bags out at the door and then someone parks for you, so I'm not sure just how spoiled these travelers must be.. The free breakfast was great since the dining options all over Venice seem pricey. Best way to get to the main sq is to use the water bus right across from the hotel. 7 euros each way, or 20 for unlimited for the day.
I thought the wifi was really slow but not a big deal. The walk to the main attractions was about 25 minutes, if you get lost on the way back, it can be 2 hours. Remember your route!
Their breakfast and location to the people mover and water taxi
The amount of stairs to the rooms. The steep incline going into the hotel. There isn't room for two people and luggage when checking in. Long period of time that the wifi was down. Very upsetting . Could not ck into our flight
Staff were extremely helpful. We stored our luggage at the hotel very early in the morning. We returned that afternoon to find it had been carried up to our room. Late check-out was very helpful for our schedule. Bed was comfortable. We slept well after a lot of walking in Venice.
Location is really good and the breakfast was wonderful!
From the room on the first floor it was possible to hear everything from the room above: water on sink, bathtub, toilet and people walking make a terribly loud creaking sound from the wooden floor!!! We woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep until guests upstairs were sleeping... Impossible to get a good night of sleep. The internet at the room was really poor! The signal was too weak and get disconnected frequently.
Location and breakfast was nice. Breakfast room very small . Some rooms are very small, ours was not, however very outdated. 101 was our room number. and (201) was a good size room but you will need to carry your luggage 4 flights of stairs .
1) no elevators or lifts 2) first floor is still 2 staircases. 3) Second day wifi did not work at all and no one seemed too concern about getting it fixed, 4) to enter hotel you will need to walk gown 6 steps or take a very steep walking area. 5) If you like a hotel with a lobby this would not be your choice of hotel. There is no lobby. There is no room for your luggage as you check in. I had to stand outside and watch our luggage while my husband checked us in. 6) This is not a hotel fir elderly or anyone with mobility issues .
Was easy to get to straight off the bus. Bathroom was really spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good selection and was able to help ourselves to whatever we wanted. Entrance hall way was very modern, mosquito burner was also in the room which was good. Husband was pleased with power shower. Extra pillows and blankets also benefitted from having a safe in the room.
Was expensive which I know is expected in Venice, however was disappointed to find No tea/coffee facilities in room, only a mini bar which was charged. Towels were good size but rather thin. Bed cover was stained on the underside. One wall had scuffed paint. No view as such, just of the car park below was really busy and a bit noisy.
Closeness to bus and cruise terminal.
