It is a delightful, small inn (only 6 rooms), located in a quiet and "typical" part of Venice (far from the tourist hub bub); rooms are spotless and in excellent condition. Our Superior room #4 offered a charming view (2 sides) over the small square with its tinkling fountain. Because it's so small, services are limited; some visitors may find its location somwhat far from St. Mark's (2 vaporetto rides). |

Friendly and helpful staff. Large clean room. Nice continental breakfast. Location was great as it was in a quieter and pretty area of Venice away from all the hustle and bustle. Nice restaurants nearby. Could get a boat from the canal by the hotel and you could walk to the train station in 10 minutes. Room was great but a little noisy on the ground floor. Try to get a room upstairs if possible. |

Nice hotel. pleasant staff, good room and breakfast. Poor insulation between rooms - embarrasing when you are with your teenage daughter! |

The hotel service was great -- friendl reception stuff, clean rooms. quiet but still convenient area to do sightsee Venice. This is minor thing so if you decide to stay at this hotel, just ask the receptionist and I am pretty sure they will sort it out because they are really nice; but, I think the hotel room gets so hot at night that my friend and I both got up for several times during the night. |

Fabio and his staff were very warm and friendly. It was only about 15 minutes walk from the station,in a quiet location but near to the main artery into Cannaregio and the rest of Venice. The room was very comfortable. Pleased to say that we do not have anything negative to say about the hotel, only a suggestion and we know it is probably a British/ Irish thing. A kettle and a small supply of tea/coffee/chocolate and milk, would be a wonderful addition, to return to the hotel after a long days touring. |

Hotel staff was friendly, although one of them on duty didn't understand English (enough to know what a 'heater' was). Hotel was in a quiet part of Venice, just next to a University campus, so was still quite safe to walk back to at night. Breakfast was so-so, only some bread/crossiants, and cereal. The main thing I didn't like about the hotel was how hard it was to find. Although it was about 600m straight-line distance from the main train station, you actually had to walk a big detour to reach it following the canals. My main reason for booking this hotel was its proximity to the station...so this was a big letdown. |

The availability of both fridge and safe in the room was a pleasant addition to the usual facilities. The hotel felt modern but still Venetian. We will probably stay there again. |

My Brother and I enjoyed our stay here. It's a small hotel in a peaceful location. Its clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful with the Breakfast of fresh Croissants and rolls, Cereals, Jams, etc, each morning being more than adequate. It's a good way from the main sights (however all are easily accessible by waterbus) although we did prefer to walk. It would have been nice to have Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. |
