Quiet room; hospitable staff. No internet computer set aside for guests, but they do have wireless access if you bring your own laptop. |

Fantastic location overlooking the lagoon and at the edge of the most touristy area. Excellent value for money. Good bathroom and bedroom had everything required. Inadequate (1 each) and hard pillows. |

My friend and I paid a little more for the lagoon view room, it was worth the extra, fabulous views. We had a spacious room firm but comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfasts were cold buffets, well presented, plenty of choice. Great location, easy to find. Would definitely stay there again. |

The location is out of the main crowds and yet minutes along the waterfront from St. Marks. Convenient and yet quiet. Very nice contrast to the tourist shops -- the Garibaldi is a local neighborhood. Great to sit and watch it wake up, go to work, come home and then go to bed. It might be good to inquire about the view from the room -- some are clearly nicer than others. We met return visitors -- so they seem to know where they want to be. |

We though the staff were very friendly and helpful and were always ready to answer any questions on whatever. And been located in a more traditional part of Venice we also regarded as a plus as we were able to walk the short disrance to the centre and surroundings with ease, and then back again from the hurley burley to the peace of our hotels location. |

A small and very friendly establishment. The superior double was spacious for two and kept very clean. The view of the lagoon and promenade superb, and double glazing with air con kept out most of the street noise and heat at night. We reported a faulty shower fixture on the night of arrival and it was replaced the next morning when we were out. The local Co-op sells soya milk if needed. We would definitely stay again. |

Unassuming, small hotel provided good, friendly service - comfortable 'superior' room and ample breakfast in a great location with open views to Canal San Marco, and pleasant local trattorias and cafes in the Via Garibaldi. Close to Arsenale and Giardini sites for the Venice Biennale exhibitions. Convenient for stops on most Vaporetto routes. |

I have stayed here several times and every time I love it more! Great staff, friendly and helpful+ terrific location, and breakfast is a great bargain. Good wireless connection in the lobby. Thoroughly recommended. |

The view over the lagoon is superb - and the staff are very helpful. Having stayed many times in Venice, I was delighted to find this special hotel - midway between the (too) expensive big names and the cheap places around the station. |

The hotel is charming. The location is great--it's situated in an area with less tourists yet close by foot to most attractions. The staff members were personable and friendly. The daily complimentary breakfast was nice too. |

Situation agréable. Belle vue pour les chambres qui donnent sur la lagune. Chambre bien meublée. Salle de petit déjeuner dans un passage entre l'entrée, l'ascenseur et l'accès aux chambres et à la cuisine. |

Mooie ligging aan de lagune. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Hoewel we er vroeg aankwamen konden we al direct op de kamer. Behulpzaam personeel. Kamer voor 3 personen was voldoende groot en gaf toegang tot een terrasje. Ontbijt was prima verzorgd (enkel de koffie was niet te drinken). We zouden er zeker teruggaan. |

Die Lage hat mir unglaublich gefallen. Auf dem Weg zum San Marco Platz macht man einen wunderschönen Spaziergang an einer Meerpromenade entlang. Vom Airport erreicht man das Hotel mühelos. Eine Boothaltestelle (Arsenale) von der man gut zu vielen Punkten der Stadt und der umliegenden Inseln gelangt, ist auch nur 4 Minuten entfernt. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Dingen. |

Ideale Lage für den Besuch der Biennale /Arsenale etc. Etwas abseits des Trubels im Zentrum, aber dennoch alles bestens erreichbar. |
