Good location and value for money, the breakfast was good, location great and staff very nice and polite. Nice bed(if you are a couple, ask for the matrimonial bed,not the two separate ones) and we liked the bathroom with a masagge tub.
The heating seemed to be automated so we weren't able to turn it on outselves(it was a bit cold) and some walls need to be repainted, they were quite dirty. But if you are not looking for luxury,it's a nice place to stay.
We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi bath tub after a very long day out! :) The receptionist was also very helpful with advice about getting to places. We would definitely stay here again!! :)
Support of hotel staff specially Isabella, she is amazing. Excellent breakfast. Room cleanliness and toilets are excellent.
No signs on the hotel door or outside to show direction.
Location is good, the bathroom is big and clean.
Breakfast is ok
Excellent location, more than adequate facilities, bar/coffee shop opposite acted as an extension and restaurant on the corner as a hotel restaurant. Excellent breakfast set you up for getting into Venice with the street cleaners and before the vendors had set up.
Ground floor rooms didn't allow for the shutters to be opened for security reasons. It's easy to get lost and an improved outside sign would have helped spot the hotel from the end of the street. But it was fun getting lost anyway.
good position . Relatively easy to find amongst maze of streets. From station take ferry 1 hopping off at St Angelo . Nice quiet street but with everything nearby. A good cafe directly across from entrance. We had ground floor rooms and were a bit concerned when at the cafe they had a DJ start playng but the double glazing blocked out all sound.lovely breakfast and pleasant staff
as for all of Italy why do they make the shower so small?
The staff are very friendly and professional.
It wasn't clean enough!
Great location. Very clean and in high maintnence. Very kind staff. great brakfast.Peacefull place in a crouded city. It fulfilled everything we needed.
WiFi reception wasn't avilable all around the room.
The hotel was very nice. Our room was elegant and comfortable with a large bathroom. We found the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent.
The location isn't as close to the sites as we thought and can be hard to find in the windy streets of Venice. The jet tub wasn't cleaned very well which was very disappointing as I would have loved to use it!
The surroundings are very good. Room setting is also very good.
a little bit far from the ERE station. If the hotel could offer shuttle bus service to the ERE station, it'll be much better.
Junior suite was good. Breakfast excellent. Location in a good position.
Climbing the last flight of stairs as lift only went a few floors.
limited choices on buffet breakfast
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast only until 10 am. Junior suite has strange layout.
Small and charming- close to vaporetto
The position of the hotel is great.Easy to find.Everything is on walking distance. The staff is very polite and kind. The rooms are clean and very quiet. They clean the rooms every day and always there is hot water.Breafast is very good, everything is fresh, and tasty.Wifi connection is good.
The location of this hotel is excellent. It is however hard to find. We arrived by ship so came from the port by Blue Line water bus for 8 euros each to stop Saint Marco. This then involved a walk of about 15 minutes dragging our cases, including crossing three bridges. If coming from the railway station you would take a line 1 water bus to Saint Angelo which involves a slightly shorter walk but still three bridges to cross and a more involved walk. The breakfast at the hotel was good.
As we were only staying in Venice for two nights, we had previously stayed on the ship for two nights, we decided to treat ourselves and have the "Superior" room. This is on the third floor. We weren't,t told that the lift stopped at the second floor, so after dragging our cases from St Marco, we then had to carry them up a further 17steps the the superior room. The room is really like a suite and is large enough to become a small flat, but I don't think I would recommend taking it.
good suite room, good staff teresa and isabelle!
Beautiful spot and nice location. Breakfast is included which was good. Loved how the windows and shutters couod be opened.
Our room was not very clean, I took a sanitizing wipe to clean light switches etc. We were in the front of the hotel and there was some sort of bar open at night, very loud.
The staff were very helpfull with a very good breakfast
The room was a bit tight and dirty but the bathroom was nice and clean
Excellent, easy to follow directions emailed from the hotel, fab location, great sized room & really tasty breakfast
No shower screen in bathroom so floor ended up very wet but staff just gave us more towels!
The hotel is in the perfect location-a short walk from the water taxi on a very quiet street. And just a few minutes walk to the busier areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room was bigger than we expected and we loved that we could close the shutters and be in complete darkness at night.
Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast spread, although when it rained and we all ate inside the small breakfast room which was cramped and became stuffy.
We were excited to be up graded to a superior room on arrival, but once in the room in both our opinions it was nothing more than a standard at most, all just OK except for poor decor, very marked/stained walls and one with a hole in it. Marked and stained furniture tops, tired/faded upholstery. Dripping shower and temperamental toilet flush. It was all OK and the room was comfortable, but not for the money we paid for it. The servicing of the room was excellent though and it was very clean.
Location, local restaurants and shopping
Venice can have you going in circles - suggest a drawing of how to find the hotel from the water taxi is better than written instructions
Location, clean room, nice breakfast, helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Good directions to the place.
bathroom sink splashed quite a bit, and shower not fully enclosed so water went everywhere but not a big deal. I had a question that I emailed twice to the hotel prior to arrival, but they did not reply to me.
Everything was pretty straight forward. Breakfast was good average.
Bed was not very comfortable, hard (not just firm, but actually hard) and had very deep impressions. Wifi was pretty bad, but we were on the top floor.
