Everything - the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location was great, the rooms were fantastic and had all the amenities (incl washing machine!), but the best bit was how nice and helpful the staff were. They really bent over backwards to help us and to make us feel welcome. I would really really recommend them. |

Friendly staff, clean good facilities. Washing machine in apartment, good kitchen facilities, free tea and coffee. Excellent location for walking to all the sights in Venice. Would not let us have more than 4 in the apartment and had to get a second apartment for kids, very expensive. |

It was a very plesant and flexible place to stay, right in the middle of Venice. We loved the possibility to cook for ourselves. We will come back! There is no reception, but the hotel Bruno's is 2 min away and there are always happy to help you there. |

Centrally located, great value for the money, unusually large and contemporary space for Venice. While not a "hotel", there was frequent maid service. The kitchen was more than adequate for travellers, even a washing machine and drying rack. The owners were often on site and unfailingly helpful. The location can't be beat--about 2-3 blocks from Rialto Bridge and 4-6 blocks from San Marcos, on a quiet little courtyard. During high tides, the water taxi cannot get to the door of the building, but the walk from Rialto Bridge taxi stop was very easy. Really, we can't recommend Ca' Foscolo highly enough. |

The helpful and friendly staff. The size of the apartment was fantastic for a family of four. Very well appointed with dishwasher/oven/microwave/full sized fridge - everything you need. Awesome location - within 5 mins walk of either St Marco Sq or Rialto Bridge. This is not a criticism of the hotel, more of European prices - but when you get home and convert the Euro back to a Dirham you realise how frightfully expensive everything is!! To qualify my comment, I still think that Ca Foscolo Residence is good value for money. |

Excellent location for visiting Venice. Large, well decorated, well equipped and very clean apartment. Ms Francesca (the manager) very helpful and cordial. Not a problem for us but if you have limited mobility this is not for you. there are a few stairs to get to the lobby. |
