The staff were really hepful. The rooms were described as suites but weren't, they simply had a sofa nd chairs in them. The rooms were comfortable but lacked personality and the bathrooms although well equipped were tiny Having to pay extra for Wifi |

Overall it was a nice experience. Location is great as we arrived by train (even if you have to walk 25 minutes to get to the center), the hotel room was great, cleaning was good, the staff was friendly, access to public transport was close by. Only improvement could be breakfast which was limited if you did not like special flavoured croissants... |

The location of the hotel. It's near the 'entrance' of Venice but just one block away from the crowd. It has a nice garden terrasse overlooking the water, rooms are comfortable,... The hotel staff is not the most friendly one has ever met..... |

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ca Nigra Lagoon ... the service was wonderful, the facilities first class, and you can't beat the location -- minutes from the train station, but ever so quiet at night! Breakfast in the garden overlooking the Grand Canal ... wow! It was a perfect start to our vacation!! |

J'ai aimé le jardin sur l'eau, le déjeuné, la chambre et le personnel! La décoration des chambre pourrait être améliorée, la chambre 205 a de grosses portes en bois qui ne font pas très moderne et donne un aspect chargé et lourd à la chambre alors que le reste de la décoration est d'écriture moderne. |

Mancanza di benvenuto da parte del personale, anzi , richiesta di pagamento anticipato della notte di permanenza. E' la prima volta che mi capita di dover pagare in anticipo pur avendo inviato con la prenotazione i dati della carta di credito a solo titolo di garanzia.La camera deve essere lasciata libera già alle ore 11 di mattina. |

Traumhafte Lage am Canal Grande. Der Garten - ein idealer Spot um dem Treiben auf dem Canal bei einen Cappuchino zuzusehen. Nicht direkt im Zentrum mit dennoch kurzen Wegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten rialto Brücke und P. San Marco. Die unvermeidbare Geräuschkulisse der Boote auf dem Canal (jedoch Ruhe zwischen 2:00 und 6:00 morgens) muss man einfach akzeptieren (Ohrstöpsel vom Hotelm lagen auf dem Nachttisch!). |

本島では例を見ないだろう庭付きのホテルは快適であった。また他都市のホテルに比較してスペースも十分だっ- た。何より駅に近いのが当初の想定どおりでよかった。 部屋はクリーンであったが、水周りはデザイン優先で使いにくい。朝食を含めたコストパフォーマンスは相当悪- い様に思える。 |

Superbe hotel niché au milieu d'un grand jardin, ce qui reste exceptionnel à Venise. Le personnel est très accueillant. Avons pu profiter de la situation de l'hôtel sur le Grand Canal pour assister à la Régate Historique, en toute quiétude, depuis le jardin. Le petit déjeuner au bord du Grand Canal vaut à lui seul le détour. |

このサイトでは「コンチネンタルブレックファスト付き」となっているが、現実はパンのみ。あとは全て追加料- 金が必要です。 排水口が詰まっていてシャワールームから水が溢れた。溢れた水のせいでブレーカーも落ちた。夜間のフロント- の方を呼び対応してもらうが水を拭いただけ。満室で部屋も変われず「ディスカウントするくらいしか出来ない- 」と言われたが、翌日チェックアウトの時は「ディスカウントは出来ない」と。格安で予約を入れると満足の行- くサービスは得られないところのようです。 |

観光オフシーズンであったため安価だったのだと思いますが、とてもお手軽なお値段で宿泊できました。ホテル- の高いイタリアの観光地にあってこの価格でしたので正直期待していなかったので、良い意味で驚きでした。場- 所もサンタマリア駅から至近で、観光には良いロケーションです。ベネチアの場合、スーツケース持参で長距離- を歩くのは難しいので、ロケーションは非常に重要です。部屋は広く清掃も十分に行き届いていて、快適に過ご- せました。 ホテルの場所が少々分りづらいです。Google Earthで表示される場所は少しずれており、初日に迷いました。宿泊した部屋は1Fの奥で、窓を開けると- 眼下に運河という良いロケーションでしたが、なにせレセプションの向かい側という配置でもあったため、少々- 人の話し声が気になりました。また、小さいホテルのため、レセプションに人が不在となる時間もやや長く不便- がありました。シャワールームがシースルーなので、そういうのが気になる方は注意が必要です。 |

We hadden een ruime kamer met jacuzzi, heel mooi en proper , goede airco (wat nodig is in de zomer), personeel was vriendelijk. Er is een rozentuin bij wat het heel gezellig maakt om s'morgens te ontbijten en s'avonds nog iets te drinken, dat was een echt pluspunt. |
