Very nice but to expensive.

We liked everything, the Hotel, Staff, Room was very clean. Perfect location for Venice sightseeing. The gardens were beautiful, sitting outside overlooking the Grand Canal. Would recommend the Hotel.

Location was excellent, friendly staff.

Our room was situated near the hotel reception which resulted in us hearing the hotel guests arriving and leaving.

Excellent location un Venice, especially for short trips. Nice small garden, very quiet (except bells' ringing at 07 a.m. if you don't mind). Friendly personell.

Beautiful. Location is great, close to the train station and far from the main Saint Marks square, which is a big plus to be away from the huge number of tourists and to enjoy Venice as it should. We will always remember our stay......Beautiful

Location but directions to the hotel was very poor. We arrivwd by train and with luggage. To get to the hotel could have been explained better on the website and by the staff, who were helpful but vague.

Tiny room. Called a Junior "suite". More like a cubby hole with a tiny bahrooms. Buy it was quiet and the terrace outside for breakfast was magical.

The staff is very nice, the condition is perfect, the hotel is very beautiful the room is very big, The best is the breakfast, sit in the garden, with the view of grand canal,

Hotel's stuffs were very kind. Especially a young man at front and a lady in the restaurant . Location is very wonderful.

The hotel borders the canal, with a beautiful garden where you can sit and watch the gondolas. The front entry has a tree swing, and feels very quaint and inviting. The rooms are spacious and the staff is informative and attentive. Wish I'd had another week to stay there! I loved that it was in a quiet area, with easy access to the tourist areas.

Good location. Very authentic venetian room design. Love it.

Das Hotel ist seh

Das Hotel ist sehr schön (alter Palazzo und neuer Stil, z.B. neues Badezimmer, wunderschön, sehr gut kombiniert). Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Betten sehr bequem. Der Garten zum Canal Grande ist ein Traum. Wir haben draussen am Nachmittag bei der Ankunft einen Prosecco genossen und dann draussen am nächsten Tag gefrühstückt. Es war herrlich. Die Lage ist super. In wenigen Schritten ist man über die Brücke beim Hauptbahnhof, wo die ganz Boote abgehen. Auch vom Busbahnhof (bei der Ankunft vom Flughafen) ist man inner!!!
