A beautiful hotel with much attention to detail, even including the nightly turn down service with chocolates in a little tin. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always concerned about our well being and experiences in Venice. They recommended some wonderful restaurants and organised tours to Murano and even a water taxi at 4am when my adult children left before us. The rooms were very well appointed and quite spacious; there was reliable free internet and the breakfast that was included was substantial going from the usual Continental to hot selections of bacon and scrambled eggs. Location at Academia vaporetto stop was convenient also - overall a great experience.

Beautiful room with great location and a terrific breakfast. The service was excellent as they were very helpful with all the details of our trip, even giving us a voucher to a local gym. The hotel is located in a neighborhood that is less touristy and easy to get around. Perfect stay.

Location...excellent and helpful staff. On our last morning the concierge made sure we had delicious coffee and croissants before sending us on our way to make an early a.m. flight. Breakfast was exceptional.

Situation near the Zattere. Unwelcoming and unsmiling staff who were surly in their response to questions.Inability to control room temperature. It is necessary to call Reception and ask them to either raise or lower the temperature.No satisfactory sitting area on the ground floor.

Quiet hotel in Venice with very moden rooms with all kinds of gadgets and gizmos. Small room but well laid out and very comfortable. Nice location. We had difficulty finding it when we got off the vaporetto.

L'hotel est très bien aménagé et dans un quartier calme de venise , à proximité de certains muséespersonnel très acceuillantnous en sommes à notre 3 eme séjour Un effort a été fait pour les petits déjeuners; il doit se poursuivre;idem pour les produits de tilettes dans les chambres mais c'est mineur

Accueil. Multilinguisme. Personnel très aimable. Conditions financières intéressantes (promotion) d'où excellente rapport qualité/prix. Petit déjeuner soigné. Bar de l'hôtel fermé le soir. Nous avons dû nous rendre à 23h dans un hôtel voisin pour prendre un verre, après notre retoure de La Fenice.

отличный стильный отель расположен очень близко к остановкам вапаретто, но если и передвигаться пешком, то 10 мин до площади санмарко. много дизайнерских находок в интерьере. завтраки вкусные, wi-fi работает отлично.

J'ai occupé la ch n° 30 : superbe. J'ai aimé le design de l'hotel, son charme, son emplacement dans la ville, quartier calme , idéal pour l'art contemporain : musée Guggenheim , Punta della Dogana ...Restaurants alentours. Accueil et personnel sympathique, parlant français.Très attentionné et aux conseils précis. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. Le restaurant bruyant . Carte médiocre. Petit déjeuner : peu mieux faire ! Service indifférent !
