We enjoyed the authentic Art Deco furnishings, atmosphere, and attention to detail. Fantastic sheets. Wonderful location--near what's happening but quiet, neighborhood locale where real Venetians, not just tourists, were in evidence. Nice breakfast included. Front desk and room staff provided pleasant, attentive service. Breakfast room servers could have been a bit more cheerful. |

The staff was exceptional. The room decor was amazing; bed linens were changed daily. It is a very accessible area of Venice. |

The room and bathroom were clean and modern. Visually, the hotel rooms and public areas were very well done using modern designs. The hotel staff was very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel had closed due to lack of customers. This was especially vexing during some bad weather. It's not like you can call a cab to take you someplace in Venice. On the positive side, on our last day they had started to serve tapas on weekend afternoons and the bar and barmen were very pleasant. |

The whole experience - excellent food at good price.Room was beautiful - beautifully peaceful Definately not a complaint but the lounge area could be made more user friendly - seating wise for having an evening drink |
