Professional, friendly helpful staff. Terrific free breakfast with many fresh options. Great area away from crowds, with good restaurants, art museums and close to two vaporetto stops: Zattere and Academia
This is a really good place to stay in Venice, fantastic decor including furniture, prints and pictures. Staff always helpful in giving recommendations, helping with directions or organising water taxi.
Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast. Lovely area of Venice with great bars and restaurants nearby.
The location was great, you can take a water taxi, or a bus/waterbus combo, but either way, once you are there, you are in a great district! The staff was really friendly and the hotel was lovely.
The staff was warm , welcoming and very helpful. The location was fantastic - a 3 minute walk to the Peggy Guggenheim Museum and perhaps 10 minutes to Piazza San Marco.
Really disappointed by this hotel. Firstly, we had prearranged with the hotel to be met by a porter at the boat taxi rank. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible and upon arriving at the rank, no porter was there to greet us. This meant we spent half an hour lost in the rain until finally finding the hotel on our own. The receptionist had no idea why no one was there to greet us and never gave us a reason. He then told us we had received a room upgrade which we didn't, the room was the same one we had booked online. The porter then hung around for far too long showing us the very basic amenities of the hotel room awaiting a tip. The tea and coffee facilities were outside the room and shared by all guests on the floor which was quite inconvenient. The only good thing I'd say about the hotel was the location, but that's it. The bed was cheap and creaky and no duvet was provided. Bathroom was dated. Ancient hair dryer mounted to bathroom wall, really needs an upgrade. Toiletries were very disappointing. No conditioner meant I couldn't comb through my hair for the whole stay. Two small TV's - not sure why we needed two in such a small room - both English channels were unavailable. The vacuum and cleaning equipment were left outside the rooms throughout the day. Heating was not on - we had to heat the room with the AC which heated for around 1 minute then stopped, so it was very cold. The staff were not rude but disengaged and not really concerned with making the stay the best it could be.
Location was good, close enough to all the attractions but far removed from the crowds. Breakfast was okay.
Location and room was modern spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and staff were very pleasant.
Evening bar lacked atmosphere.
Location , Breakfast, and friendly staff.
Proximity to Galleries Quiet setting Lovely helpful staff
Activities in the bathroom next door such as flushing and using the sinks, showers, radio sounds and talking were quite audible. This is probably something that cannot be avoided in an old building as it would take opening the walls to insulate the pipes.
Beautiful original Art Deco furniture and art as well as the choice of colours on the wall and the tiles in the bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was courteous and professional. The off-season price is a great value for such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
Location , Breakfast , Coffees,helpfull staff
Room temperature could not be changed, fixed at 22C with switch broken. Bathroom nice but getting old fashioned.
Location, nice atmosphere in the hotel, quiet. Did not have breakfast, so no opinion.
This is a perfect location for a holiday in Venice. Everything about our stay was fantastic....i can' taw it to go back.
small, chic hotel in an excellent location. Good breakfast, spacious bathroom, quiet bedroom. The staff very particularly helpful in tracing our luggage, which the airline mislaid.
The Hotel is not 4* standard! plus I paid extra for an upgrade. The whole Hotel is dark and gloomy,my room was small and pokey with very manyunnecessary chairs. No wash cloth in the bathroom 2 mini mini bottles of shampoo no conditioner. No I would NOT recommend or return. I did a great deal of research but this hotel did not live up to my expectations.
The Front Desk Staff were kind and helpful on the evening I arrived and gave me great advice on where to have dinner and purchase a marble paper address book and make train booking...............BUT...................
Beautiful place with very friendly staff. We will return whenever we can.
Ca Pisani is perfect as it is!
Ca Pisani is beautiful, well designed and tastefully decorated. The rooms are exceptionally maintained and sparkle in cleanliness. Breakfast is superior and complete with an excellent assortment. All of the staff is outstanding, always ready to advise and assist. We were particularly impressed by Claudia who is a true professional. The hotel is in a very interesting area, a short walk from the Academia water bus with no bridges to cross!
Other than the price ( quite average for Venice though ) nothing was negative.
A first class boutique type hotel, with probably the best staff in any hotel I have stayed. Superb!!
Just about everything
Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff extremely helpful with directions and dining recommendations. The hotel is in a convenient location to sights, but also peaceful at night.
Bathroom was not really cleaned. Hairs in bath en yacuzzi in our room was not used in long time. Horrible smell when we turned it on and airholes were stuck with dirth. Rest of hotel an room was nice though and clean.
Hotel is beautiful if you like design. Location is really nice, central but quiet. Beautiful roof top terrace. All employees know how to treath their guests well. Very nice breakfast.
Helpful staff, stylish room, good location, great dinner and breakfast ! 夜も朝もレストランは美味しかった。
Room a little tight
Very helpful staff, cool interiors, safe non touristy location, great breakfast
On arrival, the reception proposed us a room at the mezzanine, just close to the lift. A friend who was there some time ago was in that room, and had warmly warned me that it is microscopic. Moreover, I had booked at this hotel one month in advance. Therefore I did not even get in the room and asked the reception to change. The receptionist was very kind and immediately gave me a room at the 2nd floor (thanks God it was available at the moment).
The beauty of the structure and the nice "vintage style" rooms' furniture reminding the '50s, associated with a modern, fully equipped and functional bathroom. My room was silent and comfortable, maybe because it was on the 2nd floor, and not facing the street but a sort of internal courtyard shared with other properties. The personnel is polite and professional. The quality of the buffet breakfast is very good. The position of the hotel is just perfect, if we take San Marco as a "usual" reference, but "hidden" enough to be protected by the dreadful main streams of noisy tourists. The hotel is easy to reach from the railway station with a direct waterbus to Ponte Accademia or Zattere.
Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Paid for room upgrade but the inclusive soft drinks and bathroom supplies weren't readily replenished. Coffee not great given you're in Venice!
Location very good. Lots of options for breakfast.
