Very friendly staff, great location, beautiful building. Breakfast card in the room states that the room service continental breakfast is "included" however it is not. Cost E44 for a croisant, orange juice and all bran. |

center of a beautifull city with good boottaxi service in front of the loby, the breakfastroom was as if you stayed in a castle with your own staff. We did not have a room with a view on the canal, wish we would have known. |

Hotel is of a very good quality, orignally being one of Venice's leading Palazzos. Location is also excellent being about 5mins walk to Rialto bridge and another 5mins to St Marks square. Many paintings and works or art still adorn the rooms. Breakfast on level 2 was excellent. Room selection had a limited menu, being identical to the restaurant menu. Would suggest that they expand menu to cater for more simple meals that are more suitable for teenage children. |

Gorgeous, elegant hotel that made you feel like you were royalty staying at your palazzo rather than a hotel. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and immaculate. Great, low key location close to everything. |

The room was aligned with the description in the intranet. Large, luxury and clean. Also the staff was very friendly. Globally, the hotel is much too expensive for what it is. The breakfast is really poor, almost no choice...not at all a luxury buffet. The hotel has no soul, there is no ambiance. In the hotel was a very bad smell from humidity...We asked the reception what it was, the answer was the "canals in Venice"...they had clearly a problem with the tubes. |

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious. In a 5 star hotel I expect to have complimentary water in the room, the only water in the room was in the mini bar. In a 5 star hotel I would expect to have a table in the room so that if you ordred room service you can eat comfortably. Couldn't use the balcony as it was very noisy, there was a large vent outside outside the room. There was no bar! |

The hotel was beautiful, like staying in a museaum. Breakfast was great and fabulous staff. Overall a wonderful experience. There was a limited gym and no hot tub or pool which would have been nice. |

The staff were helpful, very pleasant hotel 12 Euros to get trousers pressed and 7 Euros for a soft-boiled egg? In my opinion this is as close to robbery as I would care to get...spoiled the experience! |
