Quite easy to find as the nearest canal's name is San Polo, friendly and professional staff, very helpful. Very nice, interesting building, newly renovated, cute room, nice and good place |

The staff were very helpfull anything you asked for was no trouble.They even made ice for us so we could sit on the roof with my Moet Champus it was our 25th wedding anniv.Highly recommend this hotel. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They all spoke very good english. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is in an convenient area. Only advice is that the carpet on the stairs as you enter the hotel is dirty and does not give a good impression.The hotel is smart and clean once you get to the reception. |

Good location, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful hotel staff. The old style room decor was charming, unique. My only complaint was that the a/c wasn't on when we checked in so the room was very hot when we arrived. It cooled down enough after several hours with the a/c left on but it would have been so nice to walk into a cool room after a long hot journey. |

Clean room, air conditioning, big bathroom Very very noisy street with backpackers/youth hostel next door. Poor breakfast. Very miserable breakfast staff. Not extremely personal service from the reception/front desk people (compared to the very nice and personable staff we had in Rome and Venice). |

Hotel's great, if you can find it that is! Don't rely on street address (sestier San Polo is not a street!) or the directions supplied by the hotel. Once in the San Polo quarter (sestier), get yourself to the Santa Maria dei Frari cathedral (it's big and everybody knows it) and call the hotel (day or night!). They'll be most happy to deliver you from the wilderness. |

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und bemüht. Die Lage ist nicht ganz im Trubel und doch zentral, um alles schnell zu erreichen. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, ist, dass das Zimmer was wir hatten, sehr dunkel und eng für 3 Personen war. Zudem ging bei einer Außentemperatur von 29 °C die erste Nacht keine Klimaanlage, was von dem Personal eigentlich hätte früher bemerkt werden müssen (bei der Reinigung), denn in dem Zimmer war es unerträglich schwühl. |

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. L'établissement est bien situé, accès stratégique à toute la ville. Accès direct à San Marco par le Traghetto San Toma. Chambre supérieure sombre et très petite. Petit déjeuner basique. Pas de services d'hotellerie et pressing. Rapport qualité prix défavorable. |
