Really nice hotel situated by a river near to the town centre of Dolo which was very pleasant. Staff really helpful and spoke good English. The owner was very good showing us where everything was and what number to contact should there be any problems which there were not. They provided a map of Venice and the owner programmed our Sat Nav for the best parking which was E4.50 for 24hr period and a 2 stop bus ride to Piazza Roma - the gateway to Venezia. Hotel was clean with plenty of free parking in its own car park. Breakfast was good and room a good size. Would stay again and recommend anyone wanting to go to Venice as it is approximately 20 minutes drive away by car. There is also a local bus which goes to Venice also from Dolo.

Very small room, wi-fi access only for 3 hours, bathroom dryer devastated, bidet was not working.

The girl at the reception desk spoke perfect Spanish and was very friendly and helpful.

Room and hotel look nicer than at the photos. Hotel is in new, renovated house. There is safe parking. Breakfast in italian style - good, espresso dopio- excellent. We recommend this hotel. Bus stop is about 200 meters from hotel in Dolo village where you can easly get transfer to Venice (3 euro - one way, 45 minutes).

Though located just by the road side, the soundproof of the room is quite nice, so if you close the window, traffic noise is nothing to worry about. The room is very clean and beautiful, equipped with all things you might need in a hotel, and the bathroom is indeed very spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my short stay there and would definitely recommend hotel Ca'Tron.

perhaps the only thing I dislike is the mattress, which is a little bit of so soft

Very nice hotel, big parking, clean rooms. I may say that this is the best hotel in our entire tour. Staff is very kind and knows english. Although there are some (minor) issues, this hotel still has 5 clean stars from me!

The breakfast was very sparse, lots of plates were almost empty when we went to breakfast (half an hour after breakfast was served) and were not replenished by the hotel staff. Air conditioning doesn`t work very well and the bathroom sink faucets and sink drain need some maintenance.

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. The room included minibar. The breakfast was very various. If you are by car, you have to take only 25km to get to Venice.

Rooms were clean and quite big. Looks like hotel was recently renovated. Staff was friendly and fresh chocholate cake were served on breakfast.

A staff was very nice and helpful. Cool location was good for our early morning drive to Venice. Breakfast sufficient, fresh hot baked goods, coffee in service by a staff, parking for free.

Very small waste bin so we were forced to get the trash out by our own. A shower bath's door in bad conditions so a water was all around in bathroom. Very small fridge not ready for tourists by car with drinks from a handy fridge, even no freezer (only offered by a receptionist, but not enough to get things well freezed until next morning).

THe geographic position, probably one of the best in Venice!!!!

Unfortunately no breakfast, and the price could be a little bit lower. But, not so bad according the other one around this place!

It is a great place to stay, close to Venice. Great staff, which helps you move around the city and provides all the necessary information needed while travelling to Venice. Homely atmosphere.

Hotel is conveniently situated near Venice and on the river shore and is relatively new/clean. Dolo is a nice place and we recommend you staying in Dolo or Mira if you are planning to visit Venice and you have a car.

We have visited 3 hotels for 4 days (two nights in this hotel)and all of them provided very pleasant experience except this one. Not that it was extremely bad but there were multiple annoying events. 1. We have booked and paid two triple rooms but we got double plus extra bed and when we complained at the reception they answered us that they do not know what is advertised in booking.com but they do not have triple rooms in the hotel. 2. Extra beds ware in bad condition with missing/broken slats. 3.They did not cleaned both rooms and when we complained at the reception desk the receptionist said that the house keeper has forgotten to do so but the lady was in front of our rooms when we left the hotel in the morning and forgetting is not plausible. 4. The siphon in the shower was jammed, and the water from the tap was flowing very slowly. 5. There was automatic ventilation in the bathrooms that we couldn’t control/switch off and it was making noise in the middle of the night.

Every single aspect of the hotel was beyond the price we paid. Because we were late arriving the staff had even phoned our home in the UK to make sure we were on our way. Outstanding. We will always use this Hotel on our trips to Greece.

Buona la struttura, pulita e confortevole.

Sinds januari 2013 heeft Ca Tron nieuwe eigenaars en is helemaal gerenoveerd. Personeel is geweldig, gastvrij, niets is hen teveel ! Kamers en verzorging uitstekend. Busverbinding Venetë werkt prima.Aanrader
