Locanda Ca' Amadi  

Me encanto la ubicacion, muy cerca de las principales atracciones de Venecia, el trato del personal fue inmejorable y las condiciones del hotel son muy buenas, todo muy bien conservado y arreglado e higienico, excelente relacion calidad-precio.

El aspecto del trayecto para llegar al hotel puede ser un poco atemorizante si se llega de noche, por lo menos hasta que uno se acostumbre al ambiente de Venecia: callejones estrechos, solitarios y en ocasiones oscuros.

Necesitaría carteles para acceder más rápido

Lovely place!! Everything was perfect. Only improvement could be a little bit bigger signs to hotel. It really was difficult to find at first. Staff was lovely !

A very beautiful building in a fantastic location. Although our room wasn't large or had a view other than an alley way it was comfortable and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending and making a reservation for us for at a traditional restaurant, which was very good. We would recommend the Ca' Amadi to anyone who wants to stay in a great Venice location without all the unnecessary frills of a four star hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to facilities. Easy access to all areas

The staff were amazing and they had everything you need as a family with young kids I.E. cot, baby seat, great food for breakfast, amazing staff with detailed maps of places to see and shop. Reception closes for a few hours over lunch but they are still available to help out. Its slightly tucked away in an alley near the rialto bridge but easy to find with their map and an easy walk to all major locations. Junior suite was massive and very cosy.

We got the canal view which was great but it was a pretty noisy canal from about 6:30am each morning.

Hotel staff is so nice. The room is so beautiful and comfortable.

A little bit difficult to find.

Fabulous location with stunning views. Our junior suite was superb - huge bed (although width way not length). 2 very large windows with views of the small canal although if you look out of this window you can see the Grand Canal. Staff were very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us Breakfast is continental style with cereals, yoghurt, fruit, pastries and toast. Enough to set a person up for the day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Only negatives are 1. Could have done with a grab rail to get out of the bath as it was an awkward shape 2. Extra blankets for bed as gets a bit cold at night

Very beautiful, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast and nice localtion (close to Rialto Bridge). Fast wi-fi too. I recommend.

The room is an average size and clean. Good breakfast and nice view of the canal from dinning room balcony. Helpful and friendly staff.

No negative comments about this charming little inn. It was hard to find at first but not too far from Rialto Bridge. Good location and quiet.

The staff, the 2 front desk women we met and the am housekeeper, were all wonderful to us and ever so helpful. Valentina is a delight to communicate with, both via the internet prior to our arrival, and most definitely in person: she is totally charming, knowledgeable and gracious. The nightly rate seemed very high, even for Venice...tho room pleasant, we had absolutely no view of anything so did not understand why such a high cost. The breakfast was ok to fair, the coffee from that machine was horrible...expected a better tasting coffee for high price of hotel and for Italy. Then again, we come from the land of Starbuck's, and are used to a wonderful tasting coffee every am. Overall, the graciousness of the Staff overrides these minor issues,and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice due to the wonders of that amazingly Great City, and the oasis that Ca' Amadu provided....Thank you, Valentina, and other 2 women whose names I, unfortunately, do not know. Friendly and helpful staff. The location near the Rialto Bridge was great (once you find the hotel - easy using the map/directions they emailed). The junior suite was amazing (well worth paying a bit more). Smaller sized hotel means less bustle, noise etc.

You have to walk down a fairly uninviting alleyway to get to the hotel.
