Tuttavia l'hotel è una casa d'epoca molto caratteristica e ben tenuta con anche un bel giardino dove fare la colazione. Per arrivare a Venezia dall'hotel sono necessari 15 minuti di pullman e 35-40 minuti di traghetto, considerando lo stesso viaggio per il ritorno credo sia un pò troppo lontano.

la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, professionale ma allo stesso tempo cordiale e sempre sorridente. sebbene il borgo nel quale si trova sia molto carino e caratteristico, risulta fuori mano rispetto alle strutture recettive del Lido di Venezia, mancano servizi di ristorazone e svago adeguati e di qualità nelle vicinanze dell'hotel.

Posto affascinante per una coppia innamorata... Ci si mette un pò a raggiungerlo, 40 min vaporetto più 15 di bus ( occhio ai borseggiatori speeso è affollato )ma ne vale la pena.

Sehr nette, flexible, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Hotel liegt ruhig abseits des Touristenstromes und dennoch nahe am Wasser. Erhielten statt gebuchtem dz eine kleine Suite - geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Gutes typisch italienisches Frühstück mit ausgezeichnetem Kaffee - aber ein Ei, einige Scheiben Käse oder Schinken zusätzlich wären schön

Merveilleux hôtel, tranquille au bord d'un canal. Quand le temps le permet, on peut déjeûner dehors dans le petit jardin à l'ombre de la jolie façade arrière, très très agréable. Luxueusement meublé, ambiance vénitienne garantie,le personnel (asiatique) est tout simplement formidable et gentil à souhaît. Nous y retournerons c'est certain! (Il faut aller déguster des poissons et fruits de mer au petit restaurant dans la même rue, à 100 M. vers l'église, juste au bout de la place) Notre baignoire Jacuzi ne marchait pas, mais la perfection du reste fait oublier ce détail.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel x le foto delle camere. Infatti è un piccolo hotel di charme, molto tranquillo e romantico, il personale è asiatico, efficentissimo e molto gentile. Insostituibile il servizio di biciclette che purtroppo non sono di qualità ma è davvero l'unica nota dolente. La location del'hotel è perfetta sia per raggiungere la movida del Lido che per una tranquilla serata in un ristorantino tipico a due passi. Le bici non sono di qualità.

Sehr freundliches und umsichtiges Personal. Tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers. Wünsche speziell am Frühstückstücksbufett wurden erfüllt. Der Cappuchini war der Brüller !!!!!!!!!! Minibar günstig.Stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Rundum zufrieden. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und ruhige Lage .

Die Lage; sehr ruhig in einer Fußgängerzone gelegen, dicht am Stadtzentrum von Venedig, aber doch - zumindest noch Mitte Mai - absolut keine Touristenschwemme. Sehr freundlich und gut geführtes Hotel. Gemütliche, saubere Zimmer, und wer Rummel möchte findet mit der guten Anbindung von Bussen und Wassertaxies schnell den Weg ins Zentrum... Sehr empfehlenswert....

Ambiente accogliente in zona silenziosa. Rilassante. Il personale parla male italiano e non riesce a dare indicazioni agli ospiti su ristoranti, collegamenti pubblici, ecc.

Das Haus ist sehr gepfegt und hat ortstypische Atmosphäre.Das Frühstück wird mit bester Qualität gereicht, kein allgemienes Früh-stücksbüffet. Der kleine Garten bietet eine wunderbare Oase der Ruhe bevor man sich ins Touristengetümmel stürzt.
