From June 2008, apartments (70 m²) for up to 6 people will be available. Each of these apartments, housed in a renovated annexe, comprises a wide living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, terrace or garden. You will have a 360° view on Langhe and Monferrato.

We are in the middle between Langhe and Monferrato area, in the wine region.
The most important wines are Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera, Dolcetto, Moscato, Spumante.
Many popular cities such as Alba, Asti, Acqui Terme, Turin, Alessandria and Casale will surprise you with their charme and beauty.
the wineries and medioeval castles are always opened for visits.

By Car:
From Milan:
- Take the A7 Torino – Genova.
- Then take the A21 Torino - Alessandria.
- Exit at Asti Est.
- Take the main road S.S. 231 in the direction of Alba - Cuneo.
- Exit Costigliole.
- At the roundabout turn left to Castagnole Lanze.
- in the centre of the village, at the 1st roundabout, turn right following the indications for Santo Stefano Belbo, Nizza, Canelli.
- At the 2nd roundabout turn left again for Santo Stefano, Belbo, Nizza, Canelli

From Genoa:
- Take the A7 Piacenza – Milano – Torino.
- Then take the A21 Torino - Alessandria.
- Exit at Asti Est.
- From here follow the directions as above.

From Turin:
- Take the A6 Savona – Piacenza – Brescia- Milano.
- Then take the A55 Piacenza- Genova and A21 Piacenza.
- Exit at Asti Est.
- From here, follow the directions as above.
