Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 30,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
Θα χρεωθεί ολόκληρο το ποσό την ημέρα κράτησης και δεν επιστρέφεται.
Κατοικίδια
Τα κατοικίδια επιτρέπονται κατόπιν αιτήματος. Ενδέχεται να υπάρχει επιπρόσθετη χρέωση.

Το ξενοδοχείο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να προ-εγκρίνει πιστωτικές κάρτες πριν από την άφιξη.
No guests aside from the ones mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay in the apartments. Smoking is forbidden in all apartments.
The cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rate.
Additional costs:
A mandatory check-in fee applies per apartment per stay: an extra fee applies if you wish to check-in in the apartment after 20:00. These late arrivals must be confirmed by Grimaldi Apartments in advance.
Please note that on 24 and 31 December the establishment will not be able to accept any arrivals in the apartment after 15:00. On 25 December and 1 January no arrivals can be accepted.

Pedram the Agent who met us to take us to the Apartment was very helpful and made sure we knew and understood everything. He also recommended various places of interest and places to eat and drink. maybe later check out at 12 Noon instead of 10am |

Clean with everything we needed. Tastefully decorated and recently refurbished. Nice quiet area but close to attractions and markets. Plenty of room for a family. The matresses on the bunk beds were hard and uncomfortable. |

Accomodation was basic but clean and matched the price we paid for it. Location was excellent. I believe that the 20 euro fee, charged upon arrival (cleaning charge for after your departure) is an unfair charge. This should be included in the fee you pay when booking. Additionally I think the Booking page on the website should be amended to remove "Smoking Preference: Yes / No" as all Grimaldi Appartments are No Smoking. This is very misleading. Photographs and Reviews on the website are also misleading as they do not specify the name of the apartment being considered. |

Apartment was great, no problems. Handy to everything in Venice.Grimaldi staff were excellent. Helped us get lost bags back and met and took us to Apartment. Would recommend ideal for Venice. |

We stayed in the Le Guardi apartments and were delighted with its location. It was only a few minutes walk to ST. Marks square and to the quays where the vaporetto stops are. The nearest vaporetto stop is Arsenale and there is a small supermarket and a few restaurants just round the corner from the apartment. Anna one of the agency staff met us of the vaporetto and brought us to the apartment and couldn't have been more helpful. If you haven't visited venice before look out for the yellow signs on the buildings which will direct you from Piazzo San Marco to Rialto and back again as it is quite a confusing maze of streets. There were no bad points I could think of about this apartment except that the kettle didn't work properly (luckily we had brought our own travel kettle) and they did not have any bowls if you wanted to have cereal for breakfast. minor points really. |

Ca Visconti apartment is in an ideal place for exploring the city. It's a residential area so is a bit quieter than the tourist areas. There were lots of little cafes and restaurants for eating close by. We found it quicker to walk north and pick-up the boats if heading to the north islands. |

Location was excellent. There was some chocolate and cookiesfor us. Having a washing machine was great, but it did not dry the clothes and some shrank. TV had a bad reception and could be a door separating the rooms. |

We arrived in Venice to be met by Ruby, the representative, and taken to accommodation which was so central to St Marks Square, just as we had requested. Nice comfortable apartment and very suitable for group of 5 of differing ages. One of the best apartments we stayed in during our travels in Europe. Thank you Ruby and team and Booking.com. |

Being right in the middle of Venice, the apartment's location is second to none, so convenient for all major tourist sites and transportation. Visitors should be aware that the apartment is right above a restaurant, and you can be disturbed by noises from below. |
