Excellent accommodation, really nice authentic breakfast, very close to Metro station - only 2 stops away from the Vatican.

All I can say that everything was perfect. Nice, clean room, fantastic breakfast, good location (close to a metro station and walking distance from many sights). The owner, Claudia was very helpful. Highly recommended for everyone.

The rooms were nicely done and the breakfast was good.

We tried to have a lazy morning and had the door knocked at three times within 30 minutes as they wanted to clean the room, They were not happy that our lay in had put out there normal routine and our room could not be cleaned after 12pm apparently so it did not get services that day at all.For a hotel of 2 rooms I find this odd. The rooms are on a very busy road so was very noisy and the matress was very uncomfortable. I was also not happy about the fact we were refused the use of a toilet before our car arrived for the airport. We had a 40 minute journey and had arranged to pick up our bags at 4pm and the hotel arranged a car for us. They would not let us use a toilet which i felt was very bad service.

We spent 4 nights October, it was our first time in a b&b and the experience was awesome. Large room, well equipped and nicely decorated, plus very clean. Breakfast was delicious and served for the time we requested. The place is very close to all main attractions all visits can be done by foot and if the end of the day you are too tired to get home by foot you can take the metro as the Lenovo stop is 2 blocks away from the place. I 100% recommend this place.

Comfort, cleanliness and staff excelent. Claudia (owner) and Gordon (kind of butcher) did everything they could to help my wife and me. The room is brand new and very neat and decorated. It's located within three blocks from the subway so it's convenient to buy the Roma Pass (30 euros: 3 days of free public transport + 2 attractions + reduced price in various others attractions). Vatican is within a walk distance from the B&B.

The B&B is in a fancy residencial area which means you are far from main attractions. But it was a minor problem because we had the Roma Pass and we could go everywhere very quickly.

The room was very nice, large, with large windows and had recently been renovated. The breakfast was quite nice. When I asked about the train to the airport, the owner went on the internet, printed out the information and brought it to me. The wifi worked very well.

It is in an extremely quiet residential area, not near typical Rome attractions or many restaurants, etc. It is only 300 m from the subway that can take you to Termini or other Rome sites/neighbourhoods. Unless, you specifically need a very quiet location, I would recommend staying closer to typical attractions or neighbourhoods of interest. Due to the subway, it is good value. A buzzer to contact the owners next door would be a good idea as they may not hear you knocking. You do not get a key to the building, so if you were planning to be out quite late a lot at night this night be awkward as you will have to buzz in and there are only 2 guest rooms. It is a very comfortable room.

There is nothing negative to say about the accomodations or the hostess. Claudia was there to make sure all our needs were met. She went out of her way to take care of our transportation, meals, etc. The room was pristine, and everything was brand new. It was excellent.

What a pleasant surprise. It is not a Hotel, is Claudia's Appartment. Cozy, clean, new, with character, well located, quiet. At 8 minutes by walk you are at Piazza dil Poppolo and from there you start your randevouz around Rome. The appartment is one block away from the Tevere River. Claudia is available all the time for everything you need, making reservations for restaurants, taxi cabs, etc. She has breakfast ready every morning with fresh coffee, warm milk, delicious breads and pastries, yogourts, etc. it was perfect to share with the other couple we travelled, so two bedrooms with bathroom each and the dinner table area to share. We like better this type of acomodation instead of hotels, so four us, it was a great experience, and Claudia was the best host. After this experience, we only want to travel this way, the no hotel way.

Снаружи сам дом выглядит достаточно просто. Никакой вывески, что тут есть отель. Надо подняться на лифте на 3 этаж и там тоже не понятно, какая из дверей ведет в отель. Но с этим можно разобраться. Те пару дней, что я жила, я видела пару раз администратора, который меня встретил, дал связку ключей (от подъезда, от отеля и комнаты), показал что да как устроено, и уточнил во сколько подавать завтрак. Завтрак к назначенному времени был готов и накрыт. Было кофе, молоко, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, свежий круассан, свежий хлеб, прошутто крудо, сыр, печеньи, булочки, хлопья, итп. Завтракала, да и жила, я в отеле совсем одна, других постояльцев не было. Стояла полная тишина и уединение в выходные. В будни в здании, внизу в холле, можно встретить сотрудников адвокатской конторы и канала Rai. Убирались хорошо, сейф в комнате бесплатный, куча каналов по ТВ, все удобно и чисто. В холле стоит вазами с зонтами, пару раз спасалась от дождя только благодаря ей. Персонал невидим и неслышим. Перед выездом обнаружила конверт на столе в библиотеке, где был выставлен счет за проживание. Я оставила деньги и ключи на столе, закрыла за собой дверь и уехала. Полное доверие к клиенту поражает:)

Думала, что от отеля можно достаточно удобно пройти к пиацца дель Попполо, но на деле оказалось не совсем комфортно. Мост через Тибр не пешеходный, и надо несколько раз переходить улицу на переходах без светофоров.

Le confort de la chambre, son calme, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié, la situation à peu de distance des entres d'intérêt de Rome, station de métro proche. Une très bonne adresse.

Sehr freundlicher familiärer Empfang. Es wurde sich sogar um den Flughafentransfer gekümmert. Absolut saubere Zimmer. Für italienische Verhältnisse eine sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück, (lecker Schinken und Käse).Top Lage, 15 Min zu Fuß zum Vatikan, Engelsburg und zur Einkaufsstraße Via del Corso. Metrostation ca 350 m entfernt. Immer wieder.

Everything was perfect! The location was ideal, very close to metro station and the Historical center of Rome! Fresh orange juice was a pleasant surprise to our breakfast! Very clean, convenient, quiet and warm! There is no doubt that the next we visit Rome we will stay again at Houspitality Caesar B&B!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo B&B e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La stanza è pulita,la posizione ottima e la colazione abbondante (da menzionare spremuta fresca e torta fatta in casa), guide della città a disposizione degli ospiti e possibilità prepararsi tisane e tè ad ogni ora il tutto compreso nel prezzo.

Отсутствие места, куда можно было бы деть верхнюю одежду. В комнате было немного прохладно.
