bad smell from bathroom
Great location and staff courteous and extremely helpfiul. Air conditioning efficient and main room large and well furnished.
Bathroom quirky with excessive cistern noise. Shower difficult and cramped.
The location is walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica and the bus station, a few meters to the metro. The room is spacious and clean. And Norman was very helpful.
The shower enclosure is very small, one can hardly move. It is elevated about a foot, not ideal for the elderly.
Great location, easy to get to. Restaurants and local bakeries around the area. We had a very limited contact with the one person in the location but it was OK. Room was OK, Shower small.
Small shower, Breakfast was not included in the deal but we were able to go to one of the many restaurants in the neighborhood. In the special request section we asked for extra pillows but did not get it.
Everything about this hotel was great, the staff were friendly and helpful Also the location was good, about 15mins on the train to rome but walking distance to the vatican Much more quieter than Rome which is what we preffered
A little hard to find initially
Loved the location, the room was nice and clean, owner was very helpful. Loved it very much, would highly recommend. It has everything one need. Good coffee shop, gelato and other restaurants really close by.
Small shower and shower door... But could squeeze in!
The location The room
Room is big, clean and stylish very good location, 2 min walk to metro or bus stop, 5 min walk from Vatican Museum , 15 min walk from St. Peter Basilica. Very convenient shops for fast food , Pharmacy , Tobacco. Very Friendly and helpful Staff.
Wifi a bit weak in end of the room and not fast. Supposed to charge me on arrival for the room while actually charging right after booking. A bit far from downtown, which is fine for us. But the shops and restaurant are closing too early in this area.
Just next to the metro station, so convenient
The appartments are on the second floor, but it is not written anywhere in the building
The location is excellent, only a few steps away from the metro station and the Vatican. The staff was very welcoming and the room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely go back if we were to stay in Rome again.
The sound isolation wasn't very good between the room and the hall.
Great location to the Vatican!
The bed was really confortable and the room and bath was spacious, clean and cosy. Wifi works properly and you have a fridge on the room (I don't used by the way)
It's a kind of difficult to find them during your stay because there's no an appropiate reception, but you can send an e-mail and they contact to you on the door inmediately. Breakfast is not included and the breakfast room is quite small, however you can take breakfast so cheap outside the hotel anywhere
Good position near the Vatican. The kitchen was available to make coffee and breakfast.Great help. Room very spacious.
attentiveness and friend like attitude.Willing to help. Went out of their way to please. Maurizion and everybody else were just great.
our 2nd room was not too tall and difficult to get to. Was not good for eldery person. Should ask about age since it would have been difficult to accomodate us at the last minute.
location was excellent
expensive for type of property
2 min. away from the Metro. A feeling of freedom, of living in Rome instead of staying in Rome.
The room was clean and well laid out and the staff were lovely. Breakfast suited us although it was tea/coffee with toast and crossiant but you could choose breakfast in the diner downstairs but we didn't. The location near the vatican was good beacuse you are near a lot of good resonable priced restaurants but most of the main sights are the other side of the river but the metro stop is 2mins away.
We found the hotel quite hard to find as it is in a building with others businesses, but if you get off the metro stop it is directly opposite McDonalds, building number 92 and then you have to press the buzzer.
- location 5 min from the Vatican Museum - good dining options around - not very spacious but comfortable enough - friendly staff
- old building, as most of the hotels in Rome = difficult access, not very comfortable for disabled or families with small children or with large luggage - first you need to make a few steps before reaching the tiny elevator which can carry two persons with no luggage or one person with luggage... - poor breakfast - nothing in the fridge (no mini bar)
