Without doubt the staff - a meal ,which we were relying on ,was cooked for us over one hour earlier than restaurant opened because leaflet in our room gave previous year's times! Atrium style meant rooms could be noisy when conference taking place, but never after 8 pm |

The buffet breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and the big bath was a bonus. The location is not quite city centre nor is it near the beach. You have to get a bus to both. The hotel does have a transfer to the city and back three times a day but one of the evenings it did not show up even although we waited 20 mins. |

The hotel is ideally placed in a quiet residential street for both the beach and the town centre for those who wish to walk. It takes around 30 minutes to walk to the town and 20 minutes to the beach. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfast is excellent with pretty much everything you could want. The bar is a little less inviting as they only have tables & chairs and a TV in the room (this would not stop me from staying again) however, start walking towards the town and you will soon find an array of bars, cafes and restuarants. A point to note - you will find that many restaurants do not open until 8pm. |

The hotel pickup at the Airport was spot on time a Mercedes Vito with 6 Leather seats pretty good value exclusively for myself and my wife for 20 Euro's, on arrival we gained access to our bed room to be welcomed by a gift of a pair of slippers each and a welcoming plate of cakes but alas our bed had been invaded by two turtles made of toweling surrounded by white rose petals and a single white Rose and sweet and goodnight message on each pillar on the bed. The staff and hotel are wonderful the transit system?, The no10 bus pass's the the top of the avenue every 20 minute's to the city centre journey time 15 minutes, cost Bus system 24 hours anywhere in the city and beach's buy at local Tabac near bus stop. Hotel absolutely fabulous. It would be nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in our bedroom. |

The staff were very helpful generally and specifically when we had to track down a dentist for emergency treatment. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The location was not central and although public transport was good, use of a car is advisable. |

The room was beautifully decorated when we arrived, with rose petals & towels in animal shapes. The buffet breakfast was also one of the best we have had in a long time. The hotel was located in a residential locality, a bit far away from both the city centre and the beach. |

Staff were excellent and the room was more than spacious for the four of us. The food was superb, especially the breakfast. Should you decide to dine at the hotel the restaurant food was 4 star. As in other reviews, its not close to the city centre or the beach, but the shuttle bus made up for the trips into town and having a hire car got over the trips to the beach. The hotel was difficult to find, although we did find faded road signs directing you to the hotel as you got nearer. |

Great room with excellent facilities - they even folded the towels to look like swans and sprinkled rose petals over the bed! Minibus met us at the airport on time. Very good hotel and staff. Bit too far from the airport - about 20 mins in their mini bus |

The rooms were spacious and very clean, the breakfast and service in the restaurants were excellent. The bathrooms were not very functional, the shower handles did not work well and it was difficult to adjust temperature. |

We stayed in a superior double, which was in effect a suite, it had a jacuzzi bath and complimentary cakes and lavazzo coffee machine The shower was over the bath and when used, the water ran down the gap in the wall at the end of the bath on to the electrics and floor which was somewhat dangerous! |

We stayed in one of the Superior rooms, which was fantastic! The hotel service was brilliant and the staff were very friendly. The food was amazing and breakfast comprised of everything you could think of! Location was ok - not too far to Poetto beach or the historic centre. It could have had a few more failities - maybe a swimming pool? And the restaurant closed on a Sunday evening and was hard to get anything to eat. |

Cleanliness of the room - perfect. Staff - superb nice & very helpful. Very nice & tasty breakfasts + no charge for serving it in our room. Location (except distance to everywhere) in very safe & pleasant residential area. Location was exactly between beach & city centre. Not very good if you walk a lot. |

The hotel staff were particularly good. Professional, extremely helpful and always available. The Restaurant was particularly good with the Head waiter Andreo fluent in at least 4 languages and always willing to advise on the menu and the wines. Unfortunatley it was a little too far from the city centre and the beach and therefore a car is really necessary. They do have a shuttle bus but it only runs at certain times. |

Very good service from the reception. Helped me very much to all things I requesed. The room was relatively small. There was only douche, which is not good enough for a 4 star hotel. Besides, it is placed outside the center of the town. |

The room was very pleasant, clean and confortable, the bathroom was especially nice The hotel is not very central and in a residential area with high buildings, not the best you could imagine for a Sardinian city. |
