If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children from 0 to 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child from 6 to 13 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

Very child friendly. Staff went out of their way to help with our one year old. Treatments are good and relaxing but book early, or before you actually go to ensure their availability. The restaurant opening times are from 19:00 - 21:00. This is far too restrictive. The pools are closed at 20:00, a shame as an evening swim would have gone down well. The treatments are wide and varied. However: if you are interested in certain treatments you will have to have, at a cost, a medical first but, as I understand it, not from a qualified doctor. They then are able to pass you as 'fit' |

Ottimo hotel, curato nei minimi dettagli con personale discreto e qualificato. Completo di tutti I servizi (welness and spa) per un ottimo week.end di relax e di break dalla vita quotidiana. Cucina e ristorante di buon livello. Reputo l'intera struttura molto ampia e complessa, ricca di servizi, ma questo porta a una dispersione e una maggiore difficoltà nel sapersi orientare al suo interno. |

Man wird herzlich empfangen. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr sauberes hotel. Das frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichlich und lässt keine wünsche offen. Werden nächstes jahr sicher wieder kommen. Die Eier am Frühstücksbuffet sollte das service personal öffters checken. Sind meistens kalt und die Rühreier werden offt zu lange warm gehalten. Tipp: Kleinere mengen machen und offters austauschen. |

Per I quattro giorni che sono rimasta in questo hotel , l'accoglienza e la riservatezza del personale è ottima , un ringraziamento al centro relax sia per le prenotazioni , sia per avere un personale con mani esperte che sanno dare armonia nel lavoro che svolgono ......ristorante ottimo personale secondo le esigenze di ogni persona ...... ogni cosa in questo hotel è rigorosamente seguita nel migliore dei modi ed in ogni suo particolarita ..... definisco questo hotel il migliore nell'ambito termale ... lo consiglio a chiunque voglia anche solo per pochi giorni di relax fuori dal mondo dello stress che ci circonda ogni giorno ... contano poco le parole , ma molto visitare e vedere con I vostri occhi .. grazie hotel caesius |

Ein Hotel der gehobenen Klasse mit allem Komfort und erstklassigem Service, sehr sauber und gepflegt, immer einen Besuch wert.Vielen Dank Das die Wege zum Wellness sehr umständlich waren und man durch den Park laufen mußte. Bei schönem Wetter nicht schlecht, aber bei Regen kalt. |

Poollandschaft, schöne große Terrasse für Frühstück und Abendessen, luxuriöses Ambiente, Tiefgarage Sehr nüchterner Frühstücksraum (und zu klein bei schlechtem Wetter und entspricht nicht dem sonstigen, luxoriösen Ambiente), da etwas außerhalb vom Ortskern reicht der angebotene Shuttleservice vor allem Abends nicht aus (letzte Rückfahrt 20.45 Uhr) Fußweg ca. 20 Min. an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße |
