Very child friendly. Staff went out of their way to help with our one year old. Treatments are good and relaxing but book early, or before you actually go to ensure their availability. The restaurant opening times are from 19:00 - 21:00. This is far too restrictive. The pools are closed at 20:00, a shame as an evening swim would have gone down well. The treatments are wide and varied. However: if you are interested in certain treatments you will have to have, at a cost, a medical first but, as I understand it, not from a qualified doctor. They then are able to pass you as 'fit' |

Very nice, new hotel! Pleasure to stay in! Highly recommended! Spa zone is open from 2pm only. Schedule for spa procedures was full..So better to book in advance before coming. |

My wife and daughter loved the spa. The pools were excellent. Not really enough sun beds around pool. position regarding lake not quite what was indicated. |

The spa facilities were wonderful and the breakfast buffet had just about everything you could ever want! The restaurant closed too early (9.30pm) and there was a very grumpy waiter! |

Everything is close at hand, the area and hotel grounds are quiet and secluded enough which makes for a very relaxing stay Every thing was very good all round. It would help if all of the staff performing the Spa treatments could speak english to understand them better. |
