Central location close to aquarium, restaurants and parking.

Elevator is a bit of a challenge.

Location is great, the rest is ok, but it's a great value for money.

The location of this hotel ws excellent. It was definitely great value with breakfast being included in the price. The room was comfortable and the bed was too. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Genoa is a great city and this hotel was ideally situated to explore the inner city and waterfront areas.

The location is great for walking about the main tourist sites of central Genoa, but the hotel and its lobby is three flights up and the rooms are only alright.

The street, via Cairoli, has a no entry sign so we were leery of entering the street and unloading luggage. The desk clerk said it was no problem and we should just supply him with our license plate number. It worked out fine but we initially did not know what to do.

The hotel's central location in Genoa was its biggest benefit. Walking distance from the main train station, and very accessible to all that the old city of Genoa has to offer. Plenty of food options close by, as well as the funicular to the surrounding areas. The quirky retro feel of the hotel with original art was a pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean and all staff/owners very polite and helpful.

The location on the third floor may be off-putting altho there is a small lift to overcome this. Perhaps the external look of the building facing the street was a little drab.

    Nice design and good location.

No elevator in the hotel - not OK with heavy luggage as most of the rooms are on the second hotel floor. The reception is not really 24/7 - you need to request a key if you come back after 1a.m.

room, breakfast room, lobby and location of the hotel are all perfect. Good coffee - Lavazza were served with croissant and cereal.

Shower space is a bit small. Staff is not quite nice, he's look unfriendly. If he can change a bit, everything here should be perfect.

The hotel was very close to the city center, about 5 to 10 minutes walk. It had a creative design and the interior was colorful and friendly

Location was good. We had a fairly large room. Very clean. Typical 3 star hotel. Had a lot of facilities we didn't make use of such as gym and reading rooms etc, only stayed one night in transit. They give you a complimentary croissant and coffee even though if you book on it states there is no breakfast.

Must say the carpet made it feel pretty cheap, change that and it would really feel like a much better hotel, however having said that the quality of the carpet is not the reason you stay in a hotel! But you did ask what I didn't like

Being on the 3rd floor and having an old and small lift, makes things difficult for those who have heavy bags.

We really loved this hotel- mainly because of its location (right beside the palazzos of Genoa) but also because it was quiet, clean and welcoming.

Excellent location, nice room, cordial staff, and free continental breakfast.

Parking was a bit pricey, but worth it so we did not have to worry about where to put the car.

The staff were really really great!!! They allowed us to store our bags with them for 3 days while we travelled to the Cinque Terre. They were really helpful in advising us things to do in Genoa and places to go for dinner (the rec for Soho was great! Probably the best meal we had!) It's a typical European room (i.e., small bedroom, small bathroom), but it had AC (which was necessary) and the hotel is in a great location, only a minute to Via Garibaldi and 5 or so mins to Piazza de Ferrari and San Lorenzo cathedral. Def great value for the price. Thanks!!!
