The location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the customer service of the staff were outstanding. Nicola and Gabriella went above and beyond in providing customer service and both spoke English. Among their recommendations, the staff recommended the restaurant Murphy's Antiche Scale which was a fantastic restaurant where we had the best food in Sicily for us. We have the highest praise for the Cala Marina. |

The kindlyness and well, english speaking staff. We, the Norwegian, don't speak to much Italian, so this is essential. I also think the staff where very serviceminded and friendly. Also big pluss for the location. Near city, but still in a calm area. A++++. Don't change anything! |

The hotel is very well located in the nice harbour of Castellammare del Golfo. We had room with ocean view (202,203,204 have this view) and it was so relaxing and nice to sit there and enjoy the view of the buzy harbour with all the fishermen, resturants and the beautiful sea. One of the best located hotels we ever have stayed at. The staff were excellent very nice and made our visit perfect |

Location of hotel and helpful staff. Good deal with local restaurants. Comfortable rooms and good facilities. Good having garage. An outside seating area with bar would be nice. |

Jättetrevligt bemötande, man kände sig mycket välkommen! Fantastiskt läge och mysig balkong med vacker utsikt över viken. Härlig stämning och atmosfär i Castallammare del Golfo, man fick insupa det genuina Sicilien!. Underbart att se de äldre gubbarna sitta tillsammans ute på kaférna och lösa världsproblemen. 4 trevliga restauranger runt knuten. Cala Marina får våra bästa och varmaste rekommendationer, vi återkommer gärna! |

Die Hotelmitarbeitenden sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Hotelzimmer war direkt am Flur und sehr leichthörig (ich hatte das Gefühl, das alle später ins Hotel kommenden Gäste in der Nacht direkt an unserem Bett vorbei liefern!) |

Meget fin beliggenhet ved havnen. Hotellpersonalet var hyggelige og ytet god service. I tillegg var vi godt fornøyd med frokosten som ble servert. Vi kunne parkere bilen rett på utsiden av hotellet. God internett tilgang med PC til fri benyttelse. |

Das Hotel war sauber und ok. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Großes Lob! Der Cappuccino jeden Morgen war sehr lecker!! Zum Frühstück immer frisches Obst. 1.) Das Hotel liegt an einer Straße. 2.) Das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut. 3.) Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. |

Die Lage des Hotels im kleinen Fischerhafen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend. Im Hafen sind sehr schöne Restaurants und Bars um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. |

Die Lage direkt am Hafen war toll, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war für Italien sehr, sehr lecker! Die Tiefgarage hatte es in sich, sehr steil zum rein- und rausfahren! Den Verkehr hört man in mäßiger Lautstärke. |
