The staff was attentive and helpful. The room we were originally given had broken air conditioning and they immediately gave us another room. This is not a 4 star hotel. It is close to nothing of interest. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle service and the taxi ride is 40- 50 Euro. The hotel advertises that it is close to the beach....not true. The hotel does offer shuttle service to the beach (about a 15 min drive). The city center is a 30 Euro cab ride away. Use of chairs and umbrella's costs 15 Euro per day (1 unbrella and 3 chairs). The hotel resturaunt is expensive and the food was marginal quality. Included breakfast was terrible, no eggs,, stale bread and limited selection of other items (cold ham, cheese, day old pastry and cereal). There is only one resturaunt within walking distance....and it is also very expensive and the food / service was terrible. |

Nice big hotel, good location, staff is friendly, can organize small breakfast at 6 a.m., out of the breakfast time. The street that is shown in reservation is Via L. Da Vinchi which is actually Viale, they are different streets, it can make people be lost in mountains) |

Nothing Absolut primitive Einrichtung mit durchgelegenen und viel zu kleinen Betten, Schimmel im Bad und abblätternde Farbe im Zimmer. Keine deutschen TV Programme, Heizung wurde erst nach mehrmaliger Anfrage eingeschaltet. Reinigung der Zimmer ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. |

La cortesia del personale e l'estrema pulizia della camera. Un'ottima e abbondante colazione al mattino col personale di sala sempre cortese e sorridente. E' un hotel abbastanza vecchio come supellettili e arredi che sono però tenuti in modo assolutamente efficiente. Poche indicazoni nelle strade adiacentii. |

La vista sul mare dalla finestra della camera; i bellissmi quadri di autori sardi sparsi per l'hotel; la pulizia della camera. Hotel un po' datato, alcuni particolari da ristrutturare, soprattutto la sala ristorante e il corridoio di passaggio tra un edificio e l'altro; i modi un po' bruschi dei camerieri in servizio per la colazione. |

Wir haben für das Hotel keine grossen Erwartungen gehabt, deshalb war das Hotel erwartungsgemäss OK. Für 4 Sterne aber ungenügend. Frühstück unter dem italienischen Niveau, Klimaanlage hat nicht ausreichend gekühlt |

Personnel de l'hotel très à l'écoute et désolé de l'état de décrépitude de l'hotel 1ère chambre sentant la cigarette (pas précisé qu'il y a des chambres fumeurs et d'autres non), 2è chambre avec climatisation cassée, douche fuyait, sèche cheveux cassé, personnel petit déjeuner désagréable et horaires trop rigides (9h30 dehors, direction bar pour un thé et un croissant et basta). Situation hotel pas terrible; horaires piscine trop rigide (fermée à l'heure du déjeuner) |
