Sehr schönes Zimmer, gute Lage, sehr ruhig

Das Frühstück ist mies (schlechtes Brot, grauenhafter Espresso - und das in Italien! - ), die Heizung funktionierte nicht besonders gut

Das Personl war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet (+++). Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach, aber es hat allen geschmeckt.

Wir sind mit 2 Kindern (6 & 9) gereist. Das Hotel ist einmalig von der Lage. Der Weg zum Dom ist 3 Minuten. Trotzdem ist es ruhig, da die Innenstadt von Florenz verkehrsmäßig stark reguliert ist. Von der Dachterrasse mit Bar hat man nachts einen tollen Blick auf die beleuchtete Domkuppel. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schien frisch gestrichen zu sein. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine Top-Empfehlung.

Location is great, just 5 minutes to Duomo and at the same time located at non overcrowded street. The room was comfortable and bath with jacusy:)

The reception staff was not friendly enough, hardly smiled at all. The breakfast is pretty basic but still good enough.

The best location. Half way between the Accademia and the Domo. Less than a km from the train station. Beautiful lobby, one floor up (but there is an elevator).

While I knew about the new Italian hotel tax, this hotel decided to collect it all upfront, and only in cash. Not identified anywhere in the booking info. Pillow were very flat and uncomfortable. The queen bed was two singles, that did not do a very good job of staying together. Be careful with Google Maps or other GPS in finding hotel, there are TWO sets of numbers for addresses, Red and Black, so addresses will typically say, eg, 28r, meaning Red. Unfortunately, there is no indication on Booking.com's address.

We were able to book a very affordable room and we especially like the location and friendly staff.

The staff were helpful.And the breakfast was good. But that's it. I came to Florence for the we, was attracted by good location of the hotel and reasonable pice. I booked 3 nights but cancelled the booking after I saw the room. The hotel has 4 stars on the website, but actually it is max 2... I felt really not comfortable there and left after the 1st night. If you appreciate comfort and like to feel like at home in the hotel, please, chose another one and don't spoil your impression of Florence.

I was not looking or even expecting to be in a luxurious hotel.For it is worth the room was clean and mostly the sheets were all clean and the people behind the desk were friendly and that is enough for a night stay in a hotel.

I wish the had put a good tv being able to get some English channels. Also the rooms did not have slippers and tooth brushes . Of course I could have asked for it.But I did not bother .But to my opinion these things should have been there to begin with.

Location

I do not believe that the hotel is a four-star hotel (in my opinion it is a clean three star at best). Not easily found in my experience although it is on a main street. No parking on site; remote parking is available but is three blocks away.

Central location

Our rooms specifically the bathrooms were old and dirty. One of the rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Despite paying EUR10 for 24hrs of wifi internet usage, there was no signal in the room so had to sit in the hallway to get signal.

Excellent location with a great view of the Duomo from your own balcony - and that for 80 Euros a night. I don't think you could find a better deal in Florence. The rooms are nice, the staff is helpful and brought a bottle of wine to the room for only 7 Euros. Great place, too bad it was fully booked the second time we arrived.
