The recently remodeled room and the very pleasant service at the front desk.

Really nothing. It would stay there again.

Clean and adequate for the stay

The design and the cleaness of the Quadruple room are very good. The staff is friendly and the situation is good.

The breakfast is poor and the room is not friendly. The ventilation is noisy ,so I had personaly some difficulties for sleeping.

A couple of times the water presure drop to zero but came back after a short while.

Rooms are renovated, clean and modern. Very close to railway station. 20 minutes walk to Spanish steps.

Nice building but the hotel starts from 4th floor. Below floors are other hotels. So the corridors of the building are more like an office. Housekeeps are a little loud who may wake you with their voices.

No your usual "white-on white" stark Italian hotel. Great bathroom. Fantastic shower. Convenient location. Excellent price.

Everything about this hotel was very good. It's location was excellent, the breakfast was very good, we had a classic room with a wonderful modern bathroom and the staff were very helpful. We will be booking again next year.

Was ok location as metro and station near by. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.

It's says on the site there is a bar but there is only a mini bar in the room

Bad smell inside the room may come from the drainage. One of the counter staff was very unfriendly.

stafs are very friendly. Location is the best. Rooms are clean, tidy, confortable. if i visit city i will stay in here.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was able arrange an extra nights stay after we missed our flight at short notice. Room was good size for 3 adults. The Hotel was close to the central station and easy to find, even with the hotel that close it was not affected by any noise. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets adjacent to the hotel offering a varied choice and at good prices. Will stay there again.

Area around bus/train station late at night (after midnight) may feel a bit intimidating to some people.

very convinient placement, not far from station, we liked breakfasts snd friendly personnel on reception, comfortable clean rooms.

we made some shopping and had design watches stolen from our room, they checked our room, even our underwear, didn't find anything and told us to go to police department. that girl who cleaned our room still working there..

Friendly Staff, very convenient to visit all the sites, comfortable & spacious accommodation.

rooms renavated to high standard, renovation still in progress. Good breakfast, staff helpful, good location for exploring city. Priced for value, plenty of restaurants near by.

4 stArs ?? No!! Staffs are not helpful!! Cant provide ectric kettle.. Wifi is not good!! You have to go down @ the lobby to connected! I rated it 2 star!!! I recommended home sweet home hotel.. W/c is in the same buildng.not worth for the money!! Not happy!!

Great Location, only minutes from Termini. Double gazing window to remove noise from the street.

I do read reviews, but unlike most people,I dont moan about silly things. This hotel I have nothing bad to say about it, its all good. Great location, (just round corner from main metro) We walked to closest attraction (Colloseum) and each other attraction including the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and two others I cant remember names of were all withing 10 to 15 min walk. We took a bus which cost us 1.5 euros each to the Vatican. as this is about 25 min drive away. Hotel rooms were spotless as was the breakfast area, which also had plenty to eat.(Anyone who couldnt find something nice to eat at breakfast), with cold meats and cheese bread rolls cakes and croissants, then your a fussy NUMPTY. Staff were all pleasent, but then our party were all pleasent to them. Dont cost nothing to say Hello each morning.Hotel is highly recommended by the 4 of us,(adults who went for the Rugby) Lastly, the resturant next door is definately worth more than one visit

Nothing thats worth complaining about, but one tip, if you suffer from virtigo and dont like heights, only take the lift to 3rd floor in cisteen Chaple, do not walk up the next 400 steps, you cant turn round and come back down. and definately dont take a youngster up there.

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

The hotel was basic and the route to the bedrooms was not ideal, with a slow lift and a staircase that was under renovation.

Efficient excellent reception staff. Good response to an early morning call. Good breakfast Well done will come again.
