Location close to Train station and the Gran Canale. It was quiet and convenient. Personnel was leaving at 21:00 and not returning until 10:00 next day. Not so convenient for early leavers, though they gave you a key to get into the hotel |

This was the best experience we had of the five hotels we booked for our trip. The hotel was very close to the train station, our room was delightful, the staff was wonderful-even a breakfast before 8Am so we could catch the train for Milano! We loved this place and hope to return in the future.The price for the night was the very best we had as well. |

Did enjoy our stay there. The location is great as it is very close to the train station and the boat bus station. Extremely glad that they do have air-cons in the room! The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Pity that they don't have any kettle/water boiling facilities in the room. |

Close to train station, check in easy (even when we arrived at 10:30 pm),good breakfast selection,small but comfy breakfast room indoors or on balcony Difficult to find the road, sign not the same as map. Other hotels had signs on corner, but not this one |

Its location was convenient to all amenities, the Hotel staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful, The Ca' Lucrezia has a beautiful charm and wonderful ambiance about it. I enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again when in Venice. |

walking distance to train station, good! 3 of us stayed 2 nights at the end of May. we booked one month in advance, and re-confimed over the phone with a hotel staff 1 day before we arrived. staff spoke good English. room was clean. hotel services and facility match its online description, which is very important we were not misled. very happy stay, and will recommand to others. breakfast was included in the room rate, but we were not able to catch the breakfast because we got up a little bit later. |

The room was neat, though a bit small for three people. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The A/C worked well. A broken single bad was replaced after the first night. Breakfast was lacking. The TV was small. The shower hose in the bathroom was broken. The single bed was broke. |

The location of the Hotel is very good. Close to the Grand Canal, and to a main bridge across, so easy to get a boat ride, or walk around. Also close (but not too close) to the main train and bus stations and parking. Really good hotel for easy access. Rooms were an adequate size and clean. Staffing minimal but friendly. |

Rooms were clean and price was reasonable for Venice. The hotel was close to the Grand Canal which made it very easy to get around. There were many restaurants close by. Continental breakfast was very good. |
