The staff were nice. The location was very close to Termini station. The room was overpriced. It is definitely not a 3 star hotel by any standards. The breakfast was also just a coffee and pastry. I would not take the breakfast option. The four people room was crowded and the shower was broken. |

The central location to city attractions / main train and bus station. The immediate local area also offers a wide choice of good and affordable restaurants. I and my family found all staff to be friendly and extremely helpful in accomodating and assisting my 22year old son who uses crutches. The hotel lift is very small and can only accomodate 3 persons, servicable but not ideal for guests in a wheelchair. |

This hotel is very close the Roma Termini, the main rail station in Rome. S, if you are reaching Rome late in the evening then this is good choice. It takes roughly 10 minutes to walk to the station and you can get Metro and bus from Roma Termini to all important sites. Thus it is good place to stay if you get out of the rooom early morning and then return to the room late at night and just looking for a bed to sleep. The room I stayed in was very small, the bed was quite big for the room and then it left very little space to move around. The berakfast is typical Italian budget hotel standard. You may have to go for a proper breakfasy once outside of the hotel. |

(Young couple from Canada. Stayed in Sep 2009 for 3 nights) Hotel's location close to Roma Termini is very convenient since it is the focal point of local transit system and intercity train system. Only took us about 10 minutes on foot dragging our big luggage to the Termini. The Termini also has quite a reasonable number food outlets and a small grocery store (to buy cheap large bottled water and fruits, etc.) for extended stay. The hotel was clean, air-conditioning was good and pretty quiet at night. Breakfast was not the best, though, unless you like very basic simple croissant with butter/cheese and/or a few sweet pastries. Juices/coffees available. WiFi in lobby is ok for planning your trip, not for high-speed use. The evening staff (a young lady) can be nicer to make the whole experience more welcoming. |

The hotel was pretty close tp the Termini, which is how we traveled in and out of Rome. The room was clean when we arrived. Please write at least 15 words The hotel advertises air conditioning but it was sweltering hot. Even after we asked about it, the room remained extremely hot. We had to sleep with the window open, and the street noise kept us up half the night. Overall, our experience was ok, but the hotel should definitely only have two stars. |

The room was spotless, the staff friendly and courteous. The included breakfast was nothing special, but certainly sufficient. The location is superb, the price wonderful. A better value probably cannot be found! I recommend it whole-heartedly for those who are willing to sacrifice luxury. The room was very small. It was difficult to move around with the bed nearly touching the bureau. But this fact is negligible considering all the other positive factors. |

the room was clean and large enough for 2 people, big windows that opened to a large tree( i like birds singing in the a.m. ) . the breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but a good way to start the day. a tiny t.v. but we did not have it on that much |

Im gesamten Hotel herrschte brillante Sauberkeit. Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg freundlich. Die Betten waren okay. Keine Flexibilität bei den Frühstückszeiten fand ich schade. Auch die Ausstattung der PCs mit Software ließ zu wünschen übrig, (Kein Adobe auf dem einen Platz.) |

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, Extrawünsche wie z.B.: ein anderes Zimmer zu erfüllen. Reklamationen wurden freundlich entgegengenommen. Englischkenntnisse waren gutt. Die Zimmer in der 5. Etage zum Innenhof waren traumhaft leise. Die Zimmermädchen waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite waren in der 1. Etage extrem laut. Das Frühstückszimmer war ungemütlich kalt und laut. Ein Handwerker arbeitete abends um 23 Uhr sehr laut und weckte Gäste auf. Türen waren kaputt, Brausekopf wurde sofort ersetzt. Der Aufzug quitschte an Drei Etagen sehr laut. Letzte Etage war nicht ganz mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Der Aufzug war extrem laut. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt auf keinen Fall. Ausser der 5. Etage oder wenistens Zimmer um hässlichen Innenhof kann man kein Zimmer empfehlen. |

Lhotel è pulito e confortevole. Lo staff era cortese and cordiale. éstato utile potere lasciare le valigie in deposito. La posizione é isolato and non ci siamo sentit sicuri andare a piedi la sera. |

Das Früstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse geradezu luxuriös! Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs mit all seinen Verkehrsverbindungen natürlich recht günstig. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass man kaum weiss, wohin man mit den Koffern und der Kosmetik soll: Die Höhe ist größer als die Grundfläche... |

駅から近い（徒歩7-8分）。Close to Termini station (main railway station) シャワーのお湯の出がよくない。ワイアレスインターネットが使えるのは、ロビーだけ（部屋では使えない）。- Fluency of shower walter is not so good. Wifi is available ONLY in robby (not in the each room). |

Está cerca de la estacion de tren y de la Plaza de la República. El desayuno está bien. Aunque el edificio es muy antigüo, las habitaciones están totalmente reformadas. Personal del hotel agradable. la cortina de la ducha estaba sucia |

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la estacion Termini, las calles luminosas por la noche, no tienes miedo por llegar al hotel a las 23-24 horas. La habitacion muy limpia, se cambia todo todos los dias, y por este precio en Roma esta muy bien. Lo recomiendo. |

テルミニ駅から近くて便利です。朝は、駅までの道がフリマのようになっておりおもしろそうでした。シングル- で泊まりましたが、ダブルベッドで広々とした部屋でした。 低い階の部屋では問題ないのですが、５階などの高い部屋だとお湯の出が悪いようです。あと、ロビー近くの部- 屋ではスタッフのしゃべり声が大きくて眠りにくかったです。 |
