Great location short walk to the main railway station. Excellent restaurants nearby. Multiple choices of places to eat. English speaking staff very helpfull
Wi Fi was marginal in our top floor room. Worked better just outside the door which wasn't a huge issue
The location was walkable from the station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
It was quite far from Rome (FCO) airport. The Wifi connection was unbelievably slow and close to useless.
- excellent reception service by Gino. Went out of his way to book us excursion in sorento and hotel in Florence. Very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you Gino. - location beside termini a big asset - immaculately clean especially bathrooms - queen size bed very comfortable - air condition works well - excellent service especially at breakfast - will definetely recommend hotel to friends and family
1. Location 2. Breakfast 3. The room is very clean and comfortable. 4. The employees are very friendly.
1. the bed for the third person could be better.
good service, free breakfast(taste wonderful) , near in Termini. good good Hotel
wifi... We are in 2nd floor, but wi-fi is very week for us.
Location was good, very close to different entertainment places. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and service satisfied us. Hotel is near to transport stations, so easy to get to anywhere.
This was just a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, very friendly staff and front desk personnel with good English skills, excellent breakfast - hard to fault any aspect of the Camelia. Also the only place we stayed in a 2 week tour of 3 cities in Europe where the wi-fi worked well on a consistent basis. Will definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed Rome as a whole, even more than expected.
Personnel were helpful. Breakfast was good enough but the coffee was awful
Awful Coffee for breakfast
My mother was traveling alone and had to stay one night in Rome, she only speaks French and she rarely travel alone. However she enjoyed her stay at Camelia she was greeted in French. She was also given a breakfast box as she was departing the next day at 6am to the airport.
Nothing apart the fact that the taxi from termini were overcharging to get her to the hotel, since it is a 5min walk
Breakfast, room was quiet
Location, stuff were friendly, room was cleaned everyday. Short walk from Termini station.
Service and staff
quiet room and good location, close to Termini but not bad neigborhood.
Room is very dark. Sofa bed is not comfortable.
Nice room, clean and quite. Good breakfast Good situation, near Termini Station Good wi-fi The best of all: staff (Grazie)
The hotel is really nice. The rooms design is fashionable and comfortable. In addition the location is very good and near Roma's main Train Station. A final note, the staff at the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
There's nothing that we didn't like. A tea kettle in the room would have been great.
The WiFi broke down from time to time, and it required the receptionist to reset the router to function again. Hotels should learn that nowadays providing good WiFi is a basic service like providing hot water or electricity. Breakfast was missing some vegetables like tomatoes, salad, cucumbers.
The hotel staff were very friendly. They allowed us to check in early because the room was ready rather than leaving us hanging for a couple of hours. Room was recently renovated and very comfortable. Excellent air conditioning, rooms serviced regularly and promptly. Breakfast was really good, great pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, "real" cornflakes!, plump prunes, tinned fruit that tasted good/new, with coffee made to order using an espresso machine.
Bathroom was small. Shower screen difficult to open. No bath in room as shown in promo pictures Lift is very slow so used stairs mostly.
Very good position and good value for money
Update hair dryers!!!!
Lovely hotel decor-wise; great helpful staff, great breakfast; very clean and comfortable. For 3 stars, excellent. Convenient location to station and restaurants.
Nothing that I didn't like. The single rooms were a little on the small size but perfectly fine and with full-size en suite bathroom.
Amazing value and really spacious family rooms. Much more than I ever would have expected from a 3star in a city centre hotel.
No high chairs in the restaurant at breakfast, very difficult to feed a baby on your lap!
The location was perfect because we like being able to get from and to the airport in an easy way - at the Camelia, we were able to walk the 10 minutes to the hotel very easily. Also, the facilities were great - quiet, clean, comfortable bedding, etc. I think best of all was the staff - we have stayed at many hotels here and in Europe and what impressed us the most was how pleasant and actually content all of the staff were - from the desk people to the house cleaners and staff in the breakfast room. To us that is a sign that management is respectful and treats its people well, and by extension the guests. We will definitely stay here the next time we travel to Rome.
There was nothing to dislike!
The room was nice, clean and quiet, staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good, and the wi-fi worked fine for me, too.
There we no problems of any kind.
The location is walking distance to many attractions.
There are not many locations to eat near by. It was a challenge to find a comfortable sit down restaurant.
5-10 minutes walk to Termini Station (where you can have a sightseeing bus to take you to major attractions or just use the metro) , great location, breakfast was good, staffs were helpful. I would stay here again on next visit.
The room was a little bit old, need renovation.
