Better taste and comfort than expected.
We were warmly welcomed and provided rooms even before check in time. Mr.Gino in reception was very helpful and kind. breakfast was complete with fresh sweets and great coffee. rooms were cleaned perfectly.
Location, facilities, comfortable bed
The location was great, near to the termini station, the subway and to the main sightseeings .The room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was really good.
The room has no windows..
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We stayed with them before and after our cruise. We let them know we would arrive early although didn't expect our room to be ready. We just wanted a staff place for our luggage. We arrived at 9:30 in the morning and our room was already ready. Great service! Very clean and fast Wi-Fi.
Location, staff, room...
Amazingly helpful and nice staff, good breakfast, value for money
- Low water pressure in shower- but it is acceptable, if staying for a few days - The hotel is located opposite the Police Station, however we wouldn't feel safe walking from the Termini Station to the hotel during night. It was just fine during the day though.
Good location, walking distance from Termini. Excellent staff who speak English. Room was clean and comfortable, hotel was quiet, good breakfast.
Nothing to dislike
3 min' walk from Termini, 100 meters from supermarket & a lot of restaurants. warm professional staff. satisfying breakfast. our next time in Rome will be in Camellia hotel.
the room and the toilets were a bit too small for a couple.
Nice & clean room, good breakfast, very polite & helpful stuff.
Not safe location near Termini.
Very good place to stay.perfect and full breakfast. staff very helpfull
Close to Rome transportation, Quiet and walkable to the Termini
Hotel is located very close to Termini railway station.
There were some faults: 1) The hotel doesn't provide iron. If you want to iron your clothes you need to give its to the laundry and wait for 1 or 3 (if it happens before weekend) days. We did so and they missed my blouse. Fortunately, they found it after some days. 2) Sometimes new towels are dirty. 3) Shower in the bathroom was broken. Water pressure is very weak, especially in the evening 4) Wi-Fi is very slow
Location Cleanliness Space
So convenient to transportation and within walking distance to many sights. Fantastic breakfast included. They would make up a take away breakfast box if you needed to leave before the breakfast room opened. Staff was so willing to please and be helpful with everything. Rooms were very well lit and nicely appointed. We had a split stay there and on returning to Rome felt as if we were "coming home" to the Hotel Camelia. Also a wonderful restaurant called the Steakhouse with outdoor and indoor seating just around the corner. Will return on our next visit to Rome!
There was nothing to criticize there.
Good location for the sightseeing we wanted to do. It meant we were able to walk everywhere very easily. Room was fine, good breakfast and outstanding coffee.
The key card to open the door. Stayed 3 nights and never mastered it, always had to get help.
Good location and breakfast, staff are nice.
We booked a room at deal price but when checked out, the price went up 'secretly', leaving an unpleasant ending of this visit to Rome.
Great location short walk to the main railway station. Excellent restaurants nearby. Multiple choices of places to eat. English speaking staff very helpfull
Wi Fi was marginal in our top floor room. Worked better just outside the door which wasn't a huge issue
The location was walkable from the station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
It was quite far from Rome (FCO) airport. The Wifi connection was unbelievably slow and close to useless.
- excellent reception service by Gino. Went out of his way to book us excursion in sorento and hotel in Florence. Very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you Gino. - location beside termini a big asset - immaculately clean especially bathrooms - queen size bed very comfortable - air condition works well - excellent service especially at breakfast - will definetely recommend hotel to friends and family
1. Location 2. Breakfast 3. The room is very clean and comfortable. 4. The employees are very friendly.
1. the bed for the third person could be better.
good service, free breakfast(taste wonderful) , near in Termini. good good Hotel
wifi... We are in 2nd floor, but wi-fi is very week for us.
Location was good, very close to different entertainment places. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and service satisfied us. Hotel is near to transport stations, so easy to get to anywhere.
This was just a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, very friendly staff and front desk personnel with good English skills, excellent breakfast - hard to fault any aspect of the Camelia. Also the only place we stayed in a 2 week tour of 3 cities in Europe where the wi-fi worked well on a consistent basis. Will definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed Rome as a whole, even more than expected.
Personnel were helpful. Breakfast was good enough but the coffee was awful
Awful Coffee for breakfast
