the staff was very nice. The hotel should really be refurbished. I had to kick on my room door to open it, the window did not close, the light was out, and the general state of the hotel is old. The breakfast wasn't very good: orange juice is not orange juice but some chemical beverage for instance |

Alot of lovely resturants beside the hotel .the view was breath taking.very central and very close to the train st we were in rome in 30 mins.can"t complain. would have liked a bit more variety for breakfast..but it was sufficent. |

The view! down to Rome... very central. The space the room provided. Very good room service. The breakfast. Only sweet, longlasting things, nothing fresh (non-toasted Toast!). The rooms were clean but the interiour was a bit shabby. |

I enjoyed breakfast on the veranda overlooking Piazza Monte Grappe and seeing the Italian Hours sundial high on the wall opposite. Breakfast was always late starting. It is very important that it should start promptly at 07:30 in order to be able to catch the 08:29 train to Rome. |

utsikten, läget i frascati (inte Rom), billigt, personalen var hyfsade på engelska dåliga kvällskomunikationer (pendeltåget slutar 21:52), de ger ut nycklar de vet inte fungerar (fick klättra över det 3½m vassa, höga stängslet in till hotellet en kväll för ingen var där för att öppna), frukosten (tror den är typ samma i hela Italien) |

La disponibilità dello staff a sopperire alle carenze della struttura. La scadente manutenzione della struttura. La finestra della camera, in legno vecchio e marcio, non si chiudeva. La temperatura è stata bassissima e il ricaldamento tenuto al minimo. |
