The location is superb - right next to the main square and the train station. Phone and TV not fully working. Room was run-down. Staff failed to provide breakfast one morning (out of four) even though it supposedly is included in the price. |

the staff was very nice. The hotel should really be refurbished. I had to kick on my room door to open it, the window did not close, the light was out, and the general state of the hotel is old. The breakfast wasn't very good: orange juice is not orange juice but some chemical beverage for instance |

Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Piazza Monte Grappa looking at the early-morning sun fall on the Italian-Hours Sundial across the square. Only the e-mail message which invited this report. See (1) above. This is a terrible way to get someone to look at a website. |

Alot of lovely resturants beside the hotel .the view was breath taking.very central and very close to the train st we were in rome in 30 mins.can"t complain. would have liked a bit more variety for breakfast..but it was sufficent. |

La pulizia, posizione e vista. Staff gentile ma inefficiente, flessibilità inesistente per l'orario del check-in, struttura non a norma e fatiscente, immagini su depliant non corrispondenti alla realtà, scarsa disponibilità di parcheggio, colazione molto limitata. Acqua calda inesistente. |
