We only stayed for one night. The room was old but it was clean. The food in the restaurant was terrible ! I think that the cook was in vacation. Normally the food in Italy is brilliant, but this was food like the German Kitchen. At the end we get a discount of 10%, but I like more better food !

хорошее место расположения. очень внимательный и вежливый персонал отеля. через дорогу - на против отеля в будние дневные часы было слышно шум от стройки на набережной. думаю - конечно это временно.

Unser (Eltern) "Doppelzimmer" war einwandfrei. Geräumig, gepflegt und platzmässig sehr angenehm. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls angenehm gross. Die Lage am See ist sehr schön, wenn auch das Zimmer keinen Ausblick darauf hatte. Das "Doppelzimmer" unserer Tochter war winzig und ist kaum für zwei Personen geeignet. Eine Nacht war machbar. Für weitere Nächte hätten wir dieses winzige Zimmer allerdings nicht akzeptiert und reklamiert.

O quarto é amplo, limpo e confortável, os funcionários são eficientes e cordiais e o café da manhã é muito bom. Está localizado em frente ao lago maggiore com uma bela vista. O hotel é excelente e atendeu plenamente às nossas expectativas.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend, das Morgenbuffet für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig. Das Duschen in der Badewanne ohne Vorhang/Kabinenwände geht nicht ohne Ueberschwemmungen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Luino. Zimmer/Frühstück war in Ordnung, bis auf die kaputte Zimmerdecke, welche mit einem riesigen, weissen Tuch oder Folie abgedeckt wurde. Das Frühstück war für Italien gut und genügend. Auch wenn man Nachsaison Preise bezahlt, sollte das Zimmer besser gereinigt sein. Der Teppich war nicht richtig gesäubert. Unter dem Tisch mit bodemlangen Tischtuch fanden wir eine gebrauchte Serviette. Der Matrazenschoner unter dem Leintuch war voll von Haaren. Badezimmertür Lüftungsgitter war voll Staub, auch in den Ecken war nicht gerade sauber.

Das Hotel ist ein historisches Gesamtprodukt mit einer wunderschönen Patina. Es hat Ausstrahlung und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Schön, dass es noch privat geführt wird und nicht von den normalen Konzern-Standards bestimmt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. G.Happel

Der Kamin bei der Bar. Das Zimmer hat den Staubsauger nie gesehen. Auch bei unserer Anreise wurde nicht gesaugt. Ein Kellner wurde immer angeschnauzt und konnte nichts recht machen. Ausserdem war der Chef sehr sehr arrogant und von oben herab. Ich würde 2 Sterne abziehen, da es 4 Sterne nicht verdient.

Das Zimmer war sehr Gross wie auch das Bad. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und auch beim Frühstück war immer genügen zu Essen und zu Trinken vorhanden. Die "Wellnessdusche" funktionierte nicht, trotz Anleitung haben wir es nicht geschafft. Entweder war sie defekt oder auch wir Jungen bringen es nicht zu stande.
