La posizione, appena fuori dal paese, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. La vista sul lago. La spiaggia privata "sotto" l'albergo. La gentilezza del personale. La qualità della colazione a buffet.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles is netjes. Prima. Aan de voorzijde van het hotel ligt een drukke doorgaande weg. Wij hebben na één nacht omgeboekt naar een kamer aan de achterzijde. Het personeel was hierbij erg behulpzaam.

Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich. Frühstück war o.k. Man konnte auch einen Cappuccino wählen. Die Zimmer sollten mal neu tapeziert werden.

Uns hat am besten der sehr freundliche Umgang der Angestellten mit den Gästen gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Einziger, grosser Haken: die direkte Lage an der einzigen Hauptstrasse, die rund um den Lago Maggiore führt. Bis spät in die Nacht war der Verkehrslärm zu hören, da wir ein Zimmer mit Seeblick (incl. Strassenlage) hatten.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Nette bedieining van het ontbijt en het opruimen van de kamer was voldoende. Behulpzaamheid bij de receptie, er werden meerdere talen gesproken. De drukke weg! Doe wat aan het geluidsoverlast op de kamers, niet prettig wanneer het 30 graden is en je kunt vanwege het lawaai geen raam openzetten en er is geen airco. Een koelkastje op de kamer zo echt geen overbodige luxe zijn. De bazin kwam persoonlijk afscheid nemen, heel vriendelijk en gaf ons een heerlijke fles prosecco mee. Dat was erg vriendelijk van haar. Bedankt nogmaals daarvoor.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist nicht sehr reichhaltig und hat keine grosse Auswahl.

Äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Saubere und günstige Zimmer und nahe dem Städtchen Cannobio. Schade, dass es so nahe an der extrem befahrenen Hauptstrasse ist.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Frühstück ok. Leider wenig Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, konnten aber ca. 150 Meter weiter parken. Wir haben das Hotel nur zum übernachten gebucht und um am nächsten Tag den Markt besuchen. Dafür war es ok, jedoch ein bischen teuer.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Keine Beschwerde nur eine Anregung !!! Zur heutigen Zeit sollte man den Komfort für WLAN oder Internet bieten können.
