Free parking, good price during a peak time for the Garda Half Marathon, staff were helpful. A little out from where everything is going on in Garda, having a car comes in handy. But the hotel will call you a taxi if need be. |

Friendly atmosphere, accommodating staff, comfortable quiet rooms, pool, free bicycles, good healthy breakfast, fine restaurant with a varied menu, excellent value for money! |

The view of the mountains, the cost, the facilities such as the pool and soccer / volley ball pitches were quite good. The breakfast wasn't all that great. The lift was very slow moving. The ping pong ball was useless and the internet wasn't working. |

we had a really nice stay in this hotel! free private parking and the personnel is very sincere and friendly! bikes are available, free of charge!! the riva del garda (lake) and centre is 15 minutes at cycling distance. ideal place to stay for active people. i didn't like their breakfast buffet, a lot of cakes and croissants. i prefer baked eggs and bacon, but they didn't have that. |

A very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was limited, but plentiful. Nice pool area with lovely views of the mountains. Although a little out of town, the hotel has cycles and it is a 10 minute easy ride into the centre. The hotel is on a main road, so road side rooms slightly noisier. Altogether pretty good value for money. |

Cortesia dello staff, ordine. Camera molto rumorosa, bagno privo di qualsiasi suppellettile di sorta (bagnoschiuma, shampoo, cuffia, phon...). Posizione non troppo "evocativa". |

Positiv aufgefallen ist die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit der (nebenbei bemerkt ausnahmslos männlichen) Mitarbeiter im Hotel, welches einem 3-Sterne-Standard mit großem Restaurantbereich entspricht. Die überraschend zum Zimmer gehörige Dachterasse bot ebenfalls ausreichend Platz so wie das sehr geräumige Einzelzimmer. Leider waren die Lichtquellen im DG-Zimmer viel zu dunkel was es z.B schwierig machte, zu lesen. Erst sehr spätes Abendessen ab 19.30 Uhr im hoteleigenen Restaurant. |

Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich Preis für die 3 Nächte mit Kind währe ja OK. gewesen, Aber: Zimmer nicht gerade sauber (Boden schmutzig Haare, Staub) Betten wurden nicht gemacht, vielleicht hat es ja daran gelegen das wir unsere Zudecken selbst mit hatten (Zudecken haben Überlänge da Wir beide sehr groß sind nehmen Wir auf reisen immer unser Bettzeug mit) In dem Zeitraum Freitag/Samstag war dann auch noch eine Veranstaltung (Scooter?????) Der Keller wurde dann zur Diskothek umfunktioniert bis 5.00 Uhr morgens sehr laute Musik. Heizung konnte man nicht regulieren, mussten Nachts bei 24 Grad Zimmertemperatur schlafen (Heizung funktioniert also wehrs gerne Warm hat) Haben auch an der Rezeption Bescheid gegen, wurde auch zur Kenntnis genommen!! Frühstück sehr dürf |

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis durch wunderschöne Zimmer inklusive Bad. Frühstücks-Buffet ausreichende Auswahl für italienische Verhältnisse. Kostenloser Fahrradverleih gleicht den etwas weiten Weg zum Stadtzentrum aus. Unterbesetztes Personal im Frühstücksraum war z.Teil überlastet und man musste längere Zeit auf seinen Kaffee warten. |

Gefallen hat uns der Service, die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück, der Pool und die Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstück wurde oft bemängelt, das können wir nicht bestätigen. Nicht gefallen hat uns das Angebot zum Abendessen, denn es wurde nur ein Menü angeboten, eine kleine Speisekarte wäre gut gewesen. |
