Great hotel in a fantastic location! We stayed here on 2nd July '09 for 3 nights. It was beautiful weather and very hot so we were relieved when we got into the room and we had air conditioning! We were in the room right next to reception (Room t) and although it was fairly small, it was clean and perfect for a short stay. I wasn't expecting much from breakfast but it was really nice. Good selection and something for all tastes. The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is literally a stone's throw from St Mark's Square. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. |

The hotel is very conveniently situated for sightseeing and is easy to reach by air and rail. The rooms, although a little small, were comfortable and the bathrooms well equipped. No, except that they ran out of English tea for breakfast! |

It was a hot day in June and as we walked in the room it was very welcoming. The AC was on and we were very refreshed within minutes. nothing. |

i booked an apartment for 4 people and was very pleased with the size, fitout and location of the apartment provided. It was excellent value given its proximity to st mark's square. the staff on breakfast duty could be surly on occassion. |

We liked the hotel for it's perfect location. It was quiet, although in the vicinity of St. Marc's Square. The bedroom was large and clean. The breakfast was excellent. |

Location (very close to St Mark's Square), breakfast, place to lodge the luggage after check-out One of the receptionist wasn't very friendly. Very thin walls, any noise in other rooms or hall easily heard |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good but small and the location was quiet despite being only 5 minutes walk to San Marco. However, I found the Venetians and other Europeans to be rude and unhelpful even to old people!! Venice is not worth the hype and is very expensive - go for a day trip. It will be enough... |

Excellent location - couldn't be better. Very close to St Mark's Sq and just a few steps from San Zacharia (Airport boat stop). Very easy to find. Friendly helpful staff. Good Breakfast. Would definately stay here next time. Lack of soundproofing between 101 & 102. 101 was an economy double therefore small but good value. |

It is conveniently close to the main attractions of Venice, shopping and the boat stop. The staff were able to adjust my reservation from a single to a double. Breakfast was good. |

The front desk staff was pleasant. The location was fabulous - close to centre of city and boats. Breakfast was good - but you did need to get up very early to catch those chocolate croissants! Bathroom was small, but well appointed, with nice fixtures and towels. The rooms were a little small, with very little room to get around the bed in the economy double. The economy superior was lovely and did not have this issue. |

Location is fantastic. San Marco in 100 metres literally. And -- it's very important in Venice -- the "vaporetto"(Water bus) stop is just in a few steps -- as close as it even can be. The name of the stop is San Zaccharia, or Danieli. You will appreciate it much when dragging heavy bags leaving to the airport))) |
