The hotel is very close to a train station, around 50m, from which you can go easily to Venice or Treviso. It locates next at a cross-road but very calm and quiet. Across the cross-road you can find a small supermarket, which is perfect if you travel with children and want to buy them fresh vege and fruit. The market even has a charcuteries and bakery of its own. The conditioner did not work properly during our stay. Fortunately, the weather was not so hot, otherwise you would be baked alive in that small room. The room is small with basic furniture. There is a very small fridge in one of our rooms which did not word. There is no coffee/tea maker or elect. boiler in the room. It would be nice to have that facilities. |

It was very easy to travel to Venice, and Treviso from this town. even though the trains were only 200 mts away it did not bother us, room was double glazed. The Staff were always able to help with any questions.. my son and i felt very comfortable. |

very good price, nice location if you want to go to Venice I asked them for an invoice/fattura because I was on a business trip, but they issue me a risetura fiscale. When I try to explain them that I need an invoice I received only an explanation that they issue invoices only for "Italian people". This is the only one hotel in Italy which divides it's guests to "Italian people and all other people". |

Location: close to train station, peacefull area, supermarket nearby. Easy to reach Venice - 20 min by train. I've got a room at the ground floor, not very good. In one of the days, there was no make-up of the room whatsoever. Expensive breakfast. |

unfortunately we only stayed 1 night so didn't get to see much of the hotel, but we did like the time we had and certainly would stay there again. The TV was terrible needs up dating badly..!!! and more use of sky channels would be good. |

During our stay we liked the quietness, availability of a balcony. The staff was pleasant and there was a free parking for a car what was really a plus. We did not like a small number of english-spoken TV channels. |

The location of the hotel was very convenient and has very good access to the railway station and local shops/ takeaway. The rooms were very good quality for the price. It was a good size room with clean, modern renovated bathrooms. We saw a few other rooms, where they were all very similar and at good standard. Very noise, the walls were very thin. Builders and cleaners were noisey. Some staff struggled to speak english and too distracted. |

We booked triple room. There was two single beds and one bed was like an extra bed (not real bed but just the mattress put on the basement similar to bed) in the room. We where dissapointed with this. |

The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the train station and you can get to Venice in less than 20 minutes by train. It was too cold. The air conditioning device was too noisy and we had to stop it at night. The rooms were too impersonally decorated. |

This hotel cannot be rated as a 4 star hotel ! Incompetence of staff. Receptionist requested payment in cash of both 2 nights stay upon my arrival (!) (VISA payment not available). Room was cold and noisy. |

Very close to the station for Venice. Didn't have breakfast at hotel but there was a very nice place for breakfast 5 minutes walk away in Mogliano Veneto much cheaper than the hotel. The price was good compared to others in Venice even including cost of travel by train. (Lots of trains to Venice - we stayed in October and there were none between about 9.45 and 11.15 at that time of year). Don't be deceived by the stars - the hotel/room did not come up to the standard of an average chain motel in UK. Not efficient e.g. staff new to hotel not inducted properly, pass key on desk in a saucer easily accessed if you knew what it was; had to ask for toilet paper which had not been replaced. Bar partially open - seemed dependent on receptionist - beer when time, but not coffee etc. |

everything was really good and given what is said in the website......just near the Veneto Mogliano railway station. Veneto Mogliano is only one railway station away (8 mins) to Mestre Railway station which has got very good connection to go anywhere in Rome. |

Very nice and quiet hotel in Mogliano Veneto, close to the train station (only 10-15 minutes to Venezia Santa Lucia; train ticket costs 1,80 euro). Mogliano is a small quiet village, very Italian and also a very nice place to stay for travellers. Good room with very clean bathroom and a good bed for a low price. Value for your money and a good choice !! |

The closeness to the train for Venice I stayed at another hotel in this town in July which was fantastic, it was full so I booked this hotel. Big mistake. It was billed as a 4 star hotel but was more like a 2 star. Very disappointing. I would not stay here again. |
