Fonti di Pescaia is a pretty villa with its own garden, just 10 minutes' walk from Siena's historic centre. It provides free Wi-Fi and free parking and has excellent bus links around town.
Score from 240 reviews Very good

Villa San Giorgio is set in a recently refurbished, typically Tuscan country cottage of the early 20th century, located in the heart of the Chianti area, overlooking the Elsa valley.

Well the room was clean Heating good
Rooms are shaking when some one passes around and you feel it like an earthquake.
I liked the location being away from the centre. I nice healthy walk before breakfast but there were local facities too. Maybe a restauant would ahve been nice ...but it was out of season. Also had a nice view of the city
Bed was a little basic.
close to bus stop into town
paid wifi kept dropping out in our room.
very quite. very easy to find and to get out to the city by bus or by a car. very clean. worth the money.
rooms a bit too small
Cheap. Lots of washing machines.
Where do I start... unhelpful staff, No change for washing machines - had to walk all the way back into the town to find change in a random pub, mosquitoes everywhere - they really need to supply some sort of repellent in the rooms. Cold in the rooms overnight. Beds old and dirty looking. 3rd bed in our cabin was scary to climb into and could barely sit up in it.. oh and it is a campsite for big tour groups like topdeck so don't plan on getting any sleep before 3am without ear plugs. Also - shuttle service into the city is not free and books up very quickly. Wifi doesn't work in the cabins even though staff insist that it does.
Staff Friendly (Multilingual). Owner Andrea hands on. Very pleasant. Great atmosphere at restaurant. Pizza's great. Chef ready to please. Scenery great, Cabin comfortable. Close to bus route to City. Coop nearby. Quiet and tranquil. All round great experience and stay. Will and have certainly recommended
Stay way too short
Brill bed, fantastic shower, and nice and quiet at night.
Being so close to the people on the same chalet.
Good bar and pizzeria on site as well as basic essentials

The location is good, in a quiet and green area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room is very small, but clean and comfortable.
Because there are 2 rooms in 1 house, the room was moving shaking a lot. It's moving also when you move around or in the bathroom. So, it was hard to fall asleep and we woke up several times at night.
- nice swimming pool - comfortable mobile home - close to city, also with local bus
- some rumor being our place close to the street outside the camping
Nice camping Quite new mobile house Clean and quiet
No towels No soap
Staff was helpful, we could check in much before 4 pm. Bus ticket to Siena can be bought at reception, and direct line to the city is 150 metres away. Siena is wonderful. The mobile home is OK, yes it's a bit loud, and small, but for this price you don't expect 5*star hotelroom.
Pool was good, liked the setup of the cabins, was easy to get a bus into the centre. Chilled atmosphere
Restaurant service was poor. My room didn't have air con but they gave us a fan so it wasn't too bad.
Near the bus station; Lot's of green space; Nice capuccinos at the bar
No towels; Noisy room; No one told us we needed a swimming cap to use the pool;
Excellent value for money. So near Sienna wonderful place. Manager and his wife excellent hosts
Nothing enjoyed great stay with great people
The restaurant was good and we had a good meal at night.
The cabin was very small and not good value for the money. The staff member who greeted us was not very friendly. This establishment was the only one during the two weeks in Italy which had to keep a piece of identification. No where else asked to keep our passports.
Location very good for families and those with transport. We walked into the historic town everyday which took 30 or so minutes so if you don't mind that then this is a good place. Has a bar, shop and swimming pool on site and staff speak high levels of English.
Pool, restaurant, bar and market in the campsite, easy to get to the city center
Small bathroom, no AC in house for two (too hot at daytime), Wi-Fi only for one person
Staff really went the extra mile to help out... Great facilities and best pizza I had in a long time!
The bus to Siena is nearby, the quality of the restaurant food was excellent & the swimming pool is lovely & relaxing. We were also helped with our luggage as the hills are steep
Staff was pretty helpful and its easy to get to town. Overall it was good :) will defo book again :)
I liked sitting out on the verandah and listening to the peace and quite. Location was very nice :)
Not enough space in the caravan we had nowhere to put our bags so they ended up in the middle of the kitchen. Pool was unfortunately closed the time we were there. Caravan moved with every tiny movement. Couldn't change the temperature on the aircon due to having no remote.
It was our first experience with a mobile house. It was OK for one night. The house was clean and newly furnished.
The gate close at 11pm which was too early for us, we didn't have much time to enjoy romantic walks in Siena at night. The house was too small.
The location was good with public transport at the door and it was very clean with access to a washing machine and good facilities in the cabin.
We hired a cabin and the linen did not include towels which was a nuisance as we did not have towels with us. The fact we had to pay extra for wireless and the system was slow was not good.
