Hotel Guidi is in Mestre's Via Forte Marghera, and overlooks Canal Salso, the ancient waterway that connected Venice to the mainland. Venice’s center is just 10 minutes away by bus.

1. Close to the centre of Venice 2. Quiet 3. Good value for money
Payable air conditioning
The bus station was just outside the camping and getting to Venice was quite easy. The staff was kind and helpful. The bungalow we stayed in was clean and well kept.
The bungalow was small and we could hear everything from next door. Plus the whole thing was shaking as if in an earthquake with every thump. It had no towels (you had to pay for them), no toiletries, not even soap. You had to pay for the wifi but it did not usually work.
new,clean,near bus,great value
paths there are roch and hard to move rolling siutcases
Location, place, very good food
Some staff not all, was rud we arrived at the night and they was shouted us to turn off the engine quickly, I understand that people was sleep but why they don't offer a help to us to find our bungalow and explain with calm that is late and show us where can we find the key, otherwise every thing is fine.
The price is right, it’s a 10 minute bus ride into Venice. (We bought the bus tickets from reception). All-in-all, we recommend this accommodation for travellers on a budget!
Check-in was a bit complicated. We had to return to reception for our passport, then return again for the wi-fi card, and again for the air-con (even though we’d asked for all of these up front. The staff were friendly and helpful Pool not so nice/clean. Very cramped quarters. Very noisy – hear everything thru the walls Bring your insect repellant!
Great option for those that don't want to spend much money while visiting Venice. The bus stop where you catch the bus to the island is a 5 min walk from the camping village.
The cottage gives a camping liking experience. Kitchen has utensils and dishes. There is a restaurant which also doubles up as a grocery.
We were travelling in bus and Italian buses do not display bus stop names, so it would be good if hotel can provide proper directions to clients. Swimming pool was chargeable, Gas stove was not having auto on option and there was no gas lighter available.
- Near Venice (about 8 mins by bus) - Clean rooms. - Helpful staff. - Silence and natural environment - Very good price if you compare other Venice hotels.
- Too much Mosquitos. - No soap. - Inadequate market.
When we arrived, they did not prepare our room, it took about 30 minutes. There is not any soap, shampoo, glass, and etc ,they told me you have to buy it.
Bungalows are new and clean. It has air-condition (extra fee), fridge, terrace and clean beds. Very good location, just 100 meters from bus which takes you in 10 minutes to Venice and goes every 15 minutes. Very nice restaurant there also to drink coffee.
Excellent facilities and clean
Nice, quiet campsite, everything was ok.
Very good position for visiting Venice
Air conditioned must be paid sepparatelly as an extra charge.
bus station 5 and 19 to Venice clean bathroom for camping
Well organized, close to Venice - ideal if you want to visit the city.
Very good value for money considering the location. Cabin was very clean when we arrived.
Lots of extra hidden costs which aren't advertised, for example paying to use facilities like the pool. Very small cabins that are okay for a night or two but wouldn't want to say any longer than that. Further from Venice than expected.
The cleanliness of the rooms, very good price, a bus stop to venice just 3 minutes away from the venue (bus 5 and 19), the swimming pool facilities, free parking.
The room had two beds rather than a double bed, the first night we forgot to buy the aircon for €5 and it was boiling and we got eaten alive by mosquitos. We bought some mosquito supplies in the store and the second night was better but the walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbours. The bed was uncomfortable. The bungalow is tiny. However, for the price you pay you can't complain really!
Helpful staff, rooms were very clean. Felt the cabins were quite expensive for what they were, but facilities were good, and bus system worked well on the whole. Bungalows did get very hot and you had to pay extra for air con and wifi. If those two things were free it would have made the stay much more comfortable.
Had to pay extra for wifi and air con.
The bungalows are comfortable, with a fridge, and well-lit. Mosquito screens are good too. Location is very good, a few meters from a bus stop which will take you to Venice in 15 minutes - although beware on the way back, for it`s hard to spot the right bus stop. For us it was better than a hotel in Venice, much more expensive and difficult to find in those small streets
You have to pay extra for everything, including Wi-fi, air-con and TOWELS! Not extra towels, but any towels! Most of the grounds are covered by little rocks, which help in keeping the bungalows clean, but are a bane on wheeled baggage, so beware. I had to carry two heavy bags for some 150m as a result. Hard to find at first, as there are many campings in the area. It`s the SECOND STOP OF THE VIA ORLANDA!
The location was perfect to catch the bus to venezia (10min). Excelent accomodations according to the price.
the wi-fi only worked in the common area.
great location. very close to bus stop which has a 10 minute bus to go to Venice. great value for the money
the room is a bit small.
Clean, good connections with Venezia, Mestre, Venezia.
Easy to get to Venice by bus, bungalows are very good quality and new this year, much better than other similar accommodation in Italy. Inside felt like a hotel room, great shower and comfortable beds. Outside seating area for bungalow was very good too. Private and peaceful.
Excellent location with good transport connection to Venice
Very small rooms
There is no vivid sign indicate where is the hotel. We end up walked pass the hotel (6 bus stops)
