The man was very nice and kind, he explained everything, but then we went to our bungalow and understood that we don't want to stay there, because the room in the bungalow was so small, that there was no place for us to move around as we had also luggage with us. Funniest thing is the fact that the bungalow is made for 3 people. We were only 2, and there was no room for us already. It was also very, very cold in the bungalow. Of course, you can use the air conditioner to warm up the room, but when you leave the room, you have to turn it off and then heat the room up again when you get back, so it's just not that comfortable.
The worst thing was the attitude from the blonde lady at the reception. When she found out that we have decided not to stay there and tried to fix everything with the money that we have to pay, at first she started to act that she suddenly doesn't speak English very good and that she can't understand us. Of course, after a few minutes it turned out that she speaks English very well. The worst part of it was that she made us pay the total amount of money for all nights, although the booking confirmation said that we must pay only for the first night if we cancel. She was very rude to us and we had to pay for all nights in order to get my passport back. Afterwards Booking.com helped us to get the money back from them, but still when your're traveling, you don't want to lose any amount of money for a week only because of some rude woman. Overall our experience was very negative and we think that it was only because of the blonde receptionist, because the man, that we met before, was very kind and I believe that he would have done the right thing and that he wouldn't have asked for our money for all nights.
