This was my second visit to Camping Village Roma, and I was not disappointed. The location and convienence are great, but the overall visit depends on the staff, which were teriffic. Great place to stay in Rome.

אין אינטרנט למרות שמובטח מאוד רחוק מהמרכז דורש גם אוטובוס וגם רכבת להגיע למרכז (מייקר ומבזבז זמן) יחס צוות לא טוב No internet despite promised Very far from the center Requires both bus and train to the center (raises and spends time) Not good team attitude

Away to noisy both early and late
Good bus service to rome

I have bad knees and it was never mentioned that the campsite was on a slope. 57 steps with sloping roads between them had to be negotiated with suitcases with next to no help from the attendant in charge. Two condoms found under a bed also says something about the cleaners standards. When we got off the bus we had to walk about 4 or 5 hundred yard along the side of the motorway, over the flyover and back along the other side to the campsite.
The price, but you get what you pay for and it was not much. One stool but no kind of table, nowhere to sit except the beds. This is probably because there was no room for them.

Would of liked a tea making facility's in bungalow's
It was spotless clean and quiet at night to dleep

The room was smaller than expected . They should have help to carry the luggage to the bungalows since they have long steep hills to climb . For those who come in by bus .
Restaurant and the super market had good prices and decent food .

Heater/AC system had issues. Power went off several times during the stay, no Twin bed available, shuttle services not available at the times needed... This is the second time I stay here, so didn't expect any of the issues above... :(, as a customer, my expectation was to get the same deals I got the first time I booked there (Sept 2013).
Price, staff service, information for tourists, ATM, transportation tickets availability!!

the place is not suitable when its raining and cold(we stayed in bungalows , the people staying in tents had a very bad experience of extremely cold nights), the WiFi was erractic
friendly staff, good facilities, shuttle to vatican for 3 euros , can leave your luggage for free after checking out

Wifi was very spotty and frustrating. Breakfast was very limited for the price.
Cozy bungalow, great for the price. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location for cheap public transit.

Cold at night and the AC didn't work all the time. Noise from next room.

Only slept in accommodation, breakfast was great value. Staff were very friendly.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom camping cabin. The walls were so thin we could here conversations in the cabin beside us. When they flushed their toilet, it gurgled up into our toilet and shower. No hot water in the kitchen. Hot water only at night in the shower before 8:00pm. We were surrounded by 2 groups of students from 2 different countries who screamed, yelled and ran around until 3:00am and then started again at 6:30am. The 2nd night, they discovered each other and it was worse. Security and posted quiet times are non-existent. Wifi did not work at all. Was so bad that we actually received a refund for one night's stay.

The wifi was non-existent, the walls were paper thin (voices a block down the street sounded as though they were right outside your shack), the location was highly undesirable, and the staff did nothing to enforce the quiet hour policy. We were happy to leave that place and will never go back.
The staff were helpful.

- two last nights out of 5 nights, there were teenegers in second half of bungalow and they were too noisy up to 2:00, however, the second night it was only up to 23:00 - too poor wifi connection in bungalow - in summer, it can be problem that there is no fridge in small bungalows
- Simple accomodation for a good price - If you plan to visit the Rome center, it is a bit far away but there is bus and metro to get where you want, so general it is good - the Panorama shop just near the camping - bus station right next to the camping - nice clean camping

The picture is not the room you have. Too nosy, there are lots of school classes staying and it's so noisy. It should be cleaner and there is no wifi at all. It wasn't that full and they put us in the same place the schools there.
The price and parking slot.

The shower smelled like mildew if you left the door closed. We wondered why the window was open in the shower when we arrived - then we found out. The location is ABSURD - getting to and from Rome is such a pain - it takes over an hour between the transit time on buses and trains. If you are spending money to fly around the world to see Rome, nothing is more frustrating than spending so much of your time getting to and from lodging. There are good deals in the city center, and if I could go back in time, I would have spend a few more euros to be closer to the attractions (or at least a metro line).
The room was just as pictured - (Superior Bungalow). It was quite clean (except the shower area) and stayed warm (March).

the heating system
Public transport and shopping centre close by
March 15, 2015
Wifi- forget it. Non existent. Location- WARNING- you will need to get the metro to almost the last stop on line A, then cross the road to catch a bus for 10 minutes outside McDonalds. Then you get off at the Panorama supermarket and walk another km up over the onramp back to the Camping Village (that's right across the road, BTW) because nobody can be bothered to fix the overhead walkway. And the buses are only once/ hour on Sundays! Buyer beware!
Lovely, clean place to stay. Very leafy and good amenities. Restaurant is excellent and staff ready for a chat about your day! Good value for money.

We had a hard time figuring out the heater...but we managed.
We had eleven in our group and we connected the picnic tables and had a great gathering in the mornings. We enjoyed the restaurant and the staff as well.

Where do we start the Fantastic pool so well advertised has been filled in a gravelled as an "improvement" to the site the bedroom and shower room "Bungalows" would be fine if you didn't need more room on a rainy day
The staff could not do enough for you
March 12, 2015
Everything except the distance from major airports
