With only 4 days for our first visit to Rome, we couldn't have picked a better location. All of Rome is easily accessible by foot and the staff offers excellent recommendations for both activities and restaurants. The roof top terrace provides a wonderful relaxation spot and view of Rome.
Location was fantastic, the apartment was very clean with lots of room to move around in. The hotel staff was amazing, they were very very friendly and helpful.
Very friendly staff who speak impressively good English, high quality and clean facilities, perfect location to explore historic Rome by foot, the front desk is staffed 24/7, and the value is excellent for what you receive. It was perfect for our touristic holiday.
The area is allegedly a bit rough according to some guide books but we didn't have any issues or see any evidence of this.
Staff very service minded and helpful. Roman breakfast on the lovely Campo di Fiori place (fruits and vegetable market). Easy to get to Vatican and the many archeological sites by foot or public transport.
No automatic coffee machine in the flat.
Location, service, friendliness and competence of reception, style of the hotel, equipment of the rooms, cleanliness
appartment a little noisy (for us no problem and not severe), one window to the patio close to an exhaust of a restaurant (smell could be a problem in summer). Nevertheless we would recommend this hotel and also the apartments
Friendly staff, great breakfast, amazing location and the bathroom was brand new.
It would have been helpful if the hotel had described how to reach it by public transport from the airport.
friendly staff, gave lots of tips where to eat and sightsee, great breakfast, lovely and clean hotel in a great location.
small crticism the pillows were hard
Area safe we where two girls travelling. All major attractions walking distance. Access to restaurants to all budget needs. We stayed in self catering apartments over looking the square. Staff at hotel where you book in extremely helpful and informative able to help with booking tours and recommending things to do. We took shuttle taxi from campinio airport paid for in UK cheaper and good reliable. Shopping cheap and good for boots etc.roof terrace at hotel take your wine up and enjoy the view fantastic. Apartment basic but functional. Area good. Market for fresh produce amazing.room serviced and clean towels.
Single beds very narrow. Area could be noisy in summer as festive with people and things to do could be good or bad depending on individual could have some english channels on TV..
The warm welcome of the Campo de Fiori staff, beautiful room and fab roof top terrace and great location
The location, accommodation and the staff
The wifi coverage was terrible and virtually inexistent
Helpful friendly staff. Convenient location. Beautiful hotel!
wifi got disconnected several times but got fixed quickly.
Location, location, location. Our room was away from the heart of the hotel so cannot actually comment on the hotel itself other than the reception and staff who were friendly and welcoming.
A noisy A/C unit, but we didn't find the controller till near the end of the holiday so we may have been able to control that.
Location is ideal for sightseeing with most of the major attractions within walking distance. Located next to a lovely produce/flower market with many restaurants/bars which becomes a great place for people watching on a evening whilst having a glass or two
Food recommendations from the staff. We decided not to take the advise and found a couple of lovely local restaurants within a 100 meters from the hotel
Campo de Fiori is very atmospheric and there are plenty of good restaurants and bars around it. Though not the best place for public transport, it's a walkable distance to St Peter's, the Forum and the Spanish Steps.
Staff was really helpful prior to and during our stay, convenient location, really spacious apartment, great views from hotel rooftop! Would absolutely stay here again.
Apartment decor was a bit dated, but was priced accordingly (vs. room in main hotel building).
Location was spot on. Staff friendly and welcoming Apartment was authentic Rome, which was a nice touch. Had everything we needed on site. Previous reviewers complained about noise. I cannot say It affected us, as the noise cancelling windows kept out most of the small noise. Yes you can hear when someone on the street is shouting, but you would hear that anywhere, so I cannot agree with previous comments about excessive noise.
Drains in bathroom were rather smelly. We never complained, as I reckon there would be very little that could be done about that.
roof terrace, location
the staff it´s absolutely wonderful, they are all very kind, attentive and available for everthing
The location was perfect for us and the staff were all extremely helpful. We stayed in one of the flats associated with the hotel and it was perfect for us. A large bedroom. En suite bathroom AND a kitchen. It was absolutely perfect for our needs
We were delighted with the room and any queries we had the staff were so accommodating in their efforts to help, extremely polite at all times and with a sense of humour. This hotel was a great location for site seeing, we were able to walk to all the major sites.
My only suggestion would be to have a toaster in the breakfast bar.
Too hot, couldn't open window as in busy square! Air conditioning useles
Do yourself a favor and stay here. It's worth the cost. Great location beautiful clean rooms and friendly staff. It's a no brainer.
We were escorted to our apartment by a memeber of staff who even showed us how to make italian Coffee. The first teo gentlemen who checked us in our first night were the best ive experienced on ANY holiday to date. It was these personal touches by these two that make this hotel impossible to beat. Our room was spacious and quant. The roof top terrace is just divine and is everything you imagine Italy would be. Molto Bene. Grazie!
The mountains surround the room were incredible. The hot tub that slides out on to the balcony decking was just so amazing. The staff were lovely, especially Nina in the restaurant. Great food, great breakfast great atmosphere. Fab location to the train station - it's pretty much in eyelin of the entrance - 3min walk. Possibly one of the safest places on earth :)
Not much. The heating needs checking in the bathroom but that's as much as I can think of.
Great location. Great apartment. Staff really nice and helpful. Recommended
The only thing I can think is using 3 keys for 3 doors to get in the apartment . And no elevator....
