fantastic location charming accommodations attentive and super-helpful staff 100% clean and comfortable perfect combination of 16C charm and modern convenience very spacious
would have loved access to outdoor space, balcony, terrace
The historical value of this BnB was amazing. Original 15th century furniture and architecture plus modern bathroom. The staff was wonderfully helpful and the breakfast spread was delicious. Absolutely loved the location within walking distance of the river bank vendors and Trastevere. We walked everywhere. I will definitely stay there again.
The stairs were a bit of a work out, so I can't recommend them for the mobility challenged...and the elevator only fits one person at a time...very tightly. I don't recommend using the elevator unless you really need to. And leave the luggage to the pros - I couldn't figure out how to fit my suitcase into the elevator myself.
The hostess was very kind and polite. The rooms were truly dignified. The location was close to everwhere, especially to the exciting and lively dinner area Trastevere.
Great location in a truly historic building , plentiful breakfast , staff are very helpful
Probably due to an electrical storm during our last night no hot water on our morning of departure !!
Great location, beautiful clean rooms, fantastic staff
Marie was so accommodating! This was such a beautiful place to stay while exploring Rome.
The location was perfect! The rooms were beautiful decorated. The staf were very serviceminded and professional. They really made our stay perfect. We will defenately come back. Linda and Tony
Everything was just perfect.
Loved attention to detail. Fresh flowers, daily chocolates, old building with lots of charm, balcony in our suite, service and recommendations, taxi service to and from the airport, Eleanora's cooking and daily breakfasts, central location in historic centre. A memorable, unique and special stay. Thank you.
It was just beautiful and the welcome and the location were perfect as were the staff friendly in helpfulness and friendliness that we couldn't fault it and wouldn't want to. We will stay again next time we go to Rome if it's available.
The decor and furnishings, the polite, efficient staff. Beautifully presented breakfasts with lots of choice. The manager is very helpful and professional and our car pick-up to and from the airport was arranged for us and is an excellent service. The entrance to the suites is charming once you have negotiated the stairs and we would be delighted to stay here again if we return to Rome
The communal entrance to the building is rather shabby and the number of stairs to reach the entrance to the suites is not for the unfit or elderly. The lift is tiny and takes only one person.
Great service and very charming and unique B&B
The most spectacular place one could dream of. Its antique frescoes along with modern design, impeccable service and delicious foods make it THE place to be when in Rome. The service was tip tops, from the first moment, when we' ve been delightfully welcomed with fresh drinks, to the check out, having been provided with all necessary informations all the way through. It's so wonderful that really, it should be kept as a secret!
the fact that I had to go and my holiday was finished!!! such an amazing place
I lived my Roman fairytale. Not only was the room truly beautiful as well as the salon. The breakfast was lavish and abundant (by far this is where I tasted the best cappuccino ever), with treats like cakes, croissant, eggs "à la coque" and all kind of organic seeds and granola to go with beautiful yogurt from South Tyrol (!!!). But what really made the difference was the feeling we were not just ordinary guests, but very special people. For all these things I am thankful to the management of Campo dei Fiori Prestigious Suites and I really wish to be back there again soon
As said All Was Above our expectations!
I have liked so much absolutely everything!!!
Everything was perfect, location, wonderful room in a classic private home palazzo, wonderfully helpful staff, nice breakfast, wonderful patio with view off room.
Going up 83 steps with luggage -- and even several times a day without luggage. There was a lift but for some reason it was not available.
Loved the location and the interior space...wish we'd had more time to spend in Rome. Highly recommend this for the unique-ness of the space and the comfort.
The location was hard to find...several locals didn't recognize the street and couldn't help us find it. Siri was helpful and walked us to the front door...but we had to know the exact address, not just the name of the place.
Wonderful accommodations, fabulous breakfast, helpful and generous staff, beautiful property and one of the greatest bathrooms I've ever seen!
Elevator was not in service.
Excellent and pleasent service and rooms. Really good location.
It was intresting to find that bookshelves were locked, also some cupboards in our room.
Excellent location, helpful staff, comfortable accommodation, stylish accommodation, great welcome, excellent advise on restaurants.
The luxurious rooms, the kindness of the staff, the handmade organic breakfast. All of these details made us feel in the best possible roman accomodation. Pictures are not enough to show the beauty of this amazing roman palazzo, outside from the aseptic atmosphere of the regular hotels
It Was All more than perfect
A dreamy place like no other. The room is huge, with wonderful frescoes on the ceiling. It's basically like being in a museum, with the addiction of wonderful modern facilities. The bath accessories from Etro were a real treat. We enjoyed the rich breakfast in the salon with beautiful paintings hanging on the walls. There were cakes, croissants, freshly baked bread (with dried figues), organic yoghurt, handmade marmalades and amazing cheese with Prosciutto di Parma. A feast for the eyes and the stomach alike. I couldn't ask for more on the celebration of my marriage anniversary
The guest house had only 3 staff members....the Filipinno lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Other than that I do not have anything good to say about the place.
1. The place was NOT described as a guesthouse apartment in a secluded part of town. I thought this was a hotel. 2. There was no elevator or staff to help with the luggage...the apartment was on the 2nd floor. 3. The breakfast choices were limited and terrible. Only cereal, bread, coffee and orange juice...and that was it. 4. The Italian Manager of the apartment invited me to a dinner on my last night there and to my surprise presented me with a bill for 160 Euros. This was not told to me prior....in fact I was invited to the dinner and was never told that it would cost that much for one person to eat. I felt highly cheated. 5. Ironing clothes on the property was not allowed!!!
First of all, I must tell you that it's not what the five-star hotel, just a has three rooms, does not provide a quilt, lavatory was absolutely terrible. Then I have to tell you the hotel owner was like a rogue, threatening myself a single female guests...i requested a private tour guide for three consecutive days, i had told them since the beginning that i could only pay by credit card but the last day of the tour guide. The guide on the way back to the hotel dropped me off in the street unexpectedly at an ATM machine, and let me immediately raise cash, payment... "when I went back to the hotel to the manager (he told was the manager at the beginning, later told the owner) complain... he didn't let me say half sentence... and threaten me said:"... idiot, you say the word, so I want to let the police to arrest you... ", and said, you can leave our hotel... at that time I found myself rent did not take me back to the hotel as required but numerous beside the street ATAM machine: when I was very angry said: this is too stupid they threatened to call the police because I said the situation was stupid. He then asked me to leave the hotel. After that I asked him clearly if I could return the room for a refund. After I booked another room at a different hotel he refused to pay me back. Asking me to sign a contract to not write a bad review. So now I have lost650 euro to share my experience with this hotel.. I had to change.
