The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfort. A little bit far from railway station. But it is ok that we took a taxi at the Parma railway station and the cost is 17 euro. |

Very clean and newly refurbished hotel. Good for business but my wife and I enjoyed very much on a Sunday night leisure stay. The road next to the hotel leads you to Parma in ten minutes |

Personnel of the hotel was friednly and willing to help with the problem which this hotel has (see bellow) Do you know what bedbug is? here you go: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bedbug. We had chance to meet them in person - were bitten BADLY (still fuffering) in Campus hotel. First time in my whole life I experienced such thing.... |

la habitación grande. Las camas muy confortables. La calefaccion excelente. El trato del personal muy gentil. El baño estaba viejo, los azulejos con desconchones. No había posibilidad de habitaciones con bañera, solo con ducha. La ropa de cama vieja y las colchas deshilachadas. |

Cortesia del personale, riservatezza, pulizia, camere spaziose con bagni nuovissimi e super accessoriati (anche spazzolino da denti ecc) ottima colazione sempre riassortita anche se prossimi al limite di orario previsto. Non lasciatevi impressionare dall'aspetto esterno dell'Hotel che potrebbe sembrarvi un po' "povero", in realta' le camere ed i bagni sono nuovi e confortevolissimi , meglio di altri Hotel di categoria superiore. |

buona collocazione per accedere alla fiera. camere spaziose persone alla reception gentilissime. mancanza di segnalazione per arrivare all'hotel, difficolta' a trovarlo arrivando da autostrada. Colazione carente e scarsa attenzione da parte del personale addetto alla sala. |
