Very careful & friendly staff. Good breakfast. We didn't hear any noise from street in our room. Good price for hotel with central location. Strong smell of chlorine in room. Room service in evening time is absent. You can't to have dinner or supper in the hotel, but staff advised us beautiful restaurants near from the hotel. |

We were a young couple and spend 3 days in Milano. We appreciated the location of the hotel, close to the city center, the room who was clean, quiet and bright (No 503), kindness of the staff and nice breakfast too. |

Nice "small" hotel. Overall friendly and helpful front office employees. Nice breakfast and efficient staff in the breakfast area. Chambermaids doing a good job in difficult and narrow working environment. |

Clean and bueatifully designed room, friendly staff, quite good location in the center. Free juice and water with some italian "tapas" at the lobby was a nice surprise. The air conditioning didn't work and we had to sleep the window open. The staff told that sometimes it works and then not. With this price it should always be in condition. The shower cabin was a bit small. |

The hotel is indeed, very close to the center. The staff is very discret, but also prompt when you need them. We got one of the 8th floor room and this floor is not re-furbished. Anyway, even if the furniture is old, the room was very clean. |
