Very kind and helpful staff, good location, nice and clean room. Breakfast good, but could be a little more varied (for the two days we were there everything was the same).

A bit noisy, even on the 5th floor with closed window. No wardrobe in the room, only a hanging, enough for us for two nights though.

Canada Hotel is a nice place to stay in Milan: a very clean room, modern furniture, a king-size bed, functional bathroom, excellent breakfast, aimable staff. It is located in a quiet area at walking distance from Duomo and Scala. I will recommend it to my friends and hope to come back again. We spent only one day in Milano but visited Duomo, Santa Maria delle Grazie (only the church, we didn't have the chance to see Leonardo's masterpiece, even we tried to make a reservation online 4 days before). We visited also San Ambrosie Church, the oldest in Milano.

Good location, good reception staff

Aa little difficult to find, but with the gps its easier..

Strengths: genuine 3-star staying conditions (the entrance looks a bit dated but the rooms are excellent); staff very friendly and eager to help, their English is fair; location is good but not dead-center - Duomo about 15 minutes away on light foot or just use the Crocetta or Missori metro stops within reasonable reach; breakfast room always had available seats (though tables a bit crammed), a fair selection of foods and again the staff more than eager to please; bed and pillows very comfortable; water pressure and temperature perfect; very clean; huge mirror on the wall; sensor light in the clothes wardrobe; late checkout (12:00, as opposed to other hotels).

Weaknesses: wi-fi advertised as free on booking.com confirmation but against charge on email confirmation - in reality, wi-fi didn't work for us and at some point after several attempts, it requested a password which we didn't bother to request as it was too late. I don't know whether it is free or not or if it ever works. Although on a higher floor, traffic noise was audible but not very disturbing (bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper). In the bathroom there is bath foam but no shower gel although we had only a shower, not a bath tub. Upon request, they immediately and politely provided additional bath foam as they apparently had never heard of shower gel. Not a major issue, rather amusing, actually. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Modern decorated and furnished rooms and very clean. Value for price was amazing ! Staff were very helpful.

Location...not bad but I thought it would be closer to the duomo.

Perfect place for a week end in Milan. All the great things you can find in Italy: professional and friendly staff, amazing breakfast and very nicely decorated rooms.

Nice hotel in a good location – 10 minutes walk from Duomo, close to bus, tram and metro stations. The room was nice and clean, the only drawback – there was no single drawer in the entire room, neither in the wardrobe nor in the bedside tables and instead of a chest of drawers they placed a one leg oval table.

Nice employees took good care of us.
