The reception stuff were very helpful and kind. The room itself was nice and cosy and very clean. Good breakfast. The unpleasant smell in the room. Poor soundproofing of the room (the door is very thin and you can hear every sound in the corridor). No slippers in the room. |

Everything was great. It was a new great hotel close to the city centre. We had a beautiful room with a spacious and clean bathroom. We liked the decoration -minimal and modern. The staff was polite and helpful too. And the price was ok for Milan standards. We will definitely stay there again. It could do with more heat in our room. It was really cold in Milan during our stay. |

The rooms were clean, quiet, modern and comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite and recommended an excellent restaurant around the corner, and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. The location was good, close to two metro stops with direct connection from the central station and within walking distance of many of the central attractions. |

The room interior decoration, the fact that CNN was not the only english tv channel available. No free bottle of water, no tissue, nothing to make tea with inside the room as they make it look like you can in the pictures of the hotel. |

A very nice hotel, 15 minutes walking distance or two metro stops from the Duomo, beautifully designed, modern rooms, a bit on the small side, excellent breakfast, both sweet and savoury accompanied by genuine italian coffee. The staff is friendly, well informed and english speaking. I recommend this hotel for an affordable city break in Milano. |

The rooms are modern and have some of the largest bathrooms/showers I've seen in European hotels. The breakfast is very good as well. It's also an easy walk to the Duomo and metro stops, making it convenient to see the city. |

I could turn off the heat and open the window. Room comfort was okay. Biggest complaint is how noisy it was. I had read reviews that it was quiet, but it is far from it. It is on a busy road and you could hear echoing noise from all the other rooms on the floor, the stairwell, and the rooms above yours. The location was a bit poor too as there were only a few restaurants within a few blocks, but there was a trolley close by and a subway a short walk away, something the hotel should tell you about, but doesn't. As for the free internet, there's only one terminal. |

It is fine, just to clarify that it´s at least 10-15 minutes walk to the Duomo. There´s a metro station 5 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast was kind of cheap. |

Location was excellent, 10 to 15 mins walk to Duomo & centre, & same to Naviglia area. Metro only minutes away, on line 3 so straight to Central Station ( airport bus ! ). Rooms were v clean & spacious. Staff polite & helpful, always a "ciao". Breakfast offered a range of choices, We would definitely recommend this hotel, & would return to it. No kettle in room ... we only found out towards the end of our stay that we could have rented one .... they dont seem to make this known ! Not a lot of eating places close by...head for the metro station area, or Naviglia direction. |

Hotel is clean, modern and contemporary .Rooms are large and spacious, breakfast is good.Staff the reception was very polite and very friendly. They will always give you attention. The hotel is located on a main street was very noisy, we could not sleep whole 4 nights was a big nightmare. |
