The location of the hotel is fantastic - it's in the middle of everything. 3 minutes walk to Rialto bridge and 3 minutes to Piazza San Marco. This makes this hotel a perfect choice for those who stay in Venice over the weekend and do not want to lose time on getting around by water transport. It was quite expensive, but everything in Venice is. The breakfast was ok. |

good atmosphere, friendly staff beds could be better, pillows are very thin and stiff, you feel like sleeping on a book, and I would appreciate if Wi-fi service would be available |

This hotel is in an ideal position for exploring Venice. We arrived by rental car and returned from Venice airport. The journey from both of these locations was convenient. The tables in front of the hotel were a pleasant bonus where you could sit and watch the world go by whilst eating your own food and wine from the many stalls nearby. |

It was very well maintained. It had a buffet breakfast and it had internet facilities! The rooms were small but had lovely bathrooms and good airconditioning! Very hard to find at first but easily remembered when found! Rooms very old fashioned and could be updated but we enjoyed our stay! |

Excellent location although initially difficult to find due to Venice's numbering system, but there were many people willing to help out with directions. |

Igor and the lady with the dark hair at the reception desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location and affordability. Those two things made our decision to lodge with the hotel. The wonderful and friendly attitude of the two people at the reception, the breakfast staff and the room staff and affordability will cause us to return. |

The location was excellent. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. One member of staff was particularly helpful and friendly. The twin room in which we stayed was really too small for two people. There was no WiFi internet access. |

Excellent location, once you find it. Get directions from Rialto vaporetta stop; really not far. Excellent location for access to St. Mark's square. Nice breakfast service and selection. Room was small, but that may be typical of this level of hotel. Bathtub was VERY small. Room was exceptionally warm (partially because in-room refrig generates heat). Couldn't leave window open at night because of street noise below. Still a very find place to stay. |
