The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Good rooms, good location, excellent breakfast. My wife and I were there with our four kids, we had a lovely stay. There is a garden area with a large Jacuzzi and sun loungers and shade, ideal for days when you don't fancy a trip to the crowded and expensive beaches. The owners of this hotel can feel very proud of their first class staff. Would definitely return.

The breakfast was very good, the terrace, gardens and hotel was pretty in an old style / antique way. There was parking on site but was busy. The room was clean.

In the triple room, the third bed was not big and rather uncomfortable. The shower was poor. The room could have done with some updating.

Close to Cinque Terre. Quite central location in Rapallo.

Convenient location within a walk of Rapallo seafront. Good public rooms and terrace for breakfast.

I think we got a room ready for refurbishment, a bit sad and dated. Car park is small and inadequate.

Internet dovrebbe essere gratuito. Gli arredi delle camere non sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Nel complesso è un buon Tre Stelle.

apprezzabile la piulizia delle camere e la cortesia del personale. carina la vista dalle camere dei piani alti che affacciano sul mare. buono il buffet della prima colazione.

l'hotel è situato sull'aurelia quindi piuttosto disturbato dal passaggio dei veicoli. sicuramente non è molto adatto a persone che abbiano difficoltà a deambulare: è piuttosto distante dal centro del paese, la strada per raggiungerlo è in salita e l'uso dell'auto è sconsigliato per la carenza di parcheggi

Charmant hotelletje met nette klassieke kamer en balkon. Uitgebreid ontbijt op terras en vlakbij het park dat naar strand en centrum ging. Hotel is prijs kwaliteit goed en goed gelegen in Rapallo.
