Close proximity to the airport and walking distance to the Mediterranean for one last view before we departed for the USA. We had just returned from a cruise. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a safe for valuables. We happened to be with you on a Sunday, so the restaurant/bar in the Mach 2 was not open. However, we found a very nice restaurant just around the corner, and many more on our walk. |

Basic, comfortable and clean accommodation good for overnight stay. Good location close to airport, however, directly on the flight path. The room service menu is very limited and the restaurant is outside therefore in bad weather you have to walk outside around 50 metres. |

Convenient to airport,.( Not a hotel issue but a taxi issue. One taxi charged 14.40 euro and another 25 euro for a one way trip to terminal.)Rate was good and convenient to eateries. Rooms were as basic as they come and that is ok. But there was no attractive lounging area. |

It was adequate as an airport transit hotel ,the rooms need renos ,but the restaurant was excellent ,the food very good & friendly staff I was shocked on arrival at being told we didnt have a booking inspite of having a print out with nos from Booking.com,& would have to pay 50 euro more because of that,& the attitude of the lady at the reception was so unhelpful.Only because we looked like we werent going to accept that she looked up the records again & found the booking.It felt like they were used to cheating people who didnt put up a fuss,very bad experience& the only one on this trip. |

Convenient to airport. 1. A basic item (a bottle opener) was not available in either of two rooms we inspected on our arrival.2. Most "airport hotels" we have used provide a free shuttle to/from the terminals - this one diidn't. 3. Walking 100m to breakfast would be no joy in inclement weather! |

The restaurant was fantastic! We were actually moved to the sister hotel, Mack 2. It was a little surprising upon arrival, but the room was very comfortable. |

The staff was more than great, we were late returning our rental car, so he gave us our room ASAP, accomodated our luggage while we rushed back out to return the car. Before we left he told us about the hotel shuttle bus to get back to the hotel and where to catch it, so we wouldn't have to pay a cab back. When we got back, we asked him about internet access to check-in to our flight the next morning, so he let us use his computer behind the front desk! This was amazing. Finally, because we were leaving before brkfst the next morning, he prepred us a brkfst doggy bag for the next morning. THANKS! |

Staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast, although across car park was very good. Though close to airport was quiet. Shuttle service to Rome city was NOT available. We selected hotel for this reason as my wife had had leg surgery and we would need to use Shuttle every day to and from Rome. Therefore had to use Taxi every time - result Euros 120 each day instead of Euros 48. We did submit a complaint to Manager but had no response. |

Very convenient to Leonardo da Vinci airport. Very difficult to find. Fortuntely I had a GPS to guide me. No restaurant in the immediate area for evening meal. One area restaurant (walking distance) De La Ville charged 115 Euro ($167) for my party of five (2 adults, three teenagers) for a simple pasta dinner. |

It does what it says on the tin. Fine for what I wanted, convenient to boat yard. Staff courteous and obliging. Soundproofing between rooms almost non existent. Internet on tv inconvenient to use and expensive (7euros per day) |

Very near to Airport. Shuttle service available on request. Breakfast in Hotel next door was very good, staff friendly and helpful. Walk into Fiumicinno hamlet - nice restaurants there and a lovely walk by the river available - it's worth it for a relaxing few hours! Very expensive compared to similar Airport Hotels in London. Good Airport shuttle service, costing Euros 6 per person per journey,but if we had been able to prebook on the booking form we might not have been stung for the Taxi fare from the airport by a very unhelpful Taxi driver of Euros 25 - a three minute journey!!! |

The bathroom was clean. This hotel listed as three stars, but I don't think it was even worth two stars. The hotel was shabby, with dirty carpet in the lobby and dirty walls. The room was shabby too, with peeling wallpaper and dirty carpet. The beds were hard and extremely narrow, each twin bed was much more narrow than a standard twin. |
