Very plain room with poor bed for the money. No air conditioning. No hot water.

Nothing in particular. Breakfast was in a restaurant outside the hotel. Entrance dirty, the curtains in the room were broken and could not close. Room too hot and aircondition was not working. Nobody in the morning who could help with luggage. No facilities whatsoever.Woukd not stay at this hotel again.

If you need to be close to airport that's an option. However do not expect much from it. I stayed there just because I came to Rome from Moscow late at night on Friday and on Saturday morning I had to go back to the airport to meet with my husband ( he was arriving from New York) to rent a car and go on our trip to Tuscany. That worked just fine for us. If you are arriving after 9pm do not expect any shuttle from the airport. You will have to take a taxi . That cost me 30 euro, which was a rip off in my view for the 10 min drive ( if not less) . Next morning they had a shuttle (6euro) - the last morning one goes at 10-30 am then next one is at 4pm.

The hotel was clean and functional, and quiet, providing overnight lodging near Rome airport at Fiumicino. My only problem was related tothe shuttle service. When I emailed the hotel two weeks before my trip to inquire of the specifics for coordinating my pick up, I received no reply. When I arrived at airport I had to go to the visitor info counter to learn how to make a local phone call, which was eventually figured out. The operator at hotel told me about a van but apparently something was lost in translation with his and my English, and so I waited fruitlessly for a hotel van to swing by at curbside to the right side of terminal as he directed. It never came. Then I improvised with some anxiety and found a shuttle van for 6E that would drop me at this hotel. It was located at a scheduled bus parking area way to the right beyond building where a few agents roamed and where one spoke fluent English. I had to wait 45 minutes for next local shuttle. It turned out this was the van that the operator meant....not the hotel's own van with hotel markings as he confirmed when I specifically asked.

The room was of a comfortable size and had comfortable furnishings, lighting and bed. Bathroom had very comfortable fixtures including a bidet and glassed in rain shower. The hand towels were more like dish drying towels.

Quite close to the Fuimicino airport, Taxi to the airport costs about 15 Euros and is a 10 minute drive. The rooms are nice. We arrived late and left early in the morning to catch the plane.

Close to airport. Easy registration. Friendly staff. Bathroom large and clean

Requested non-smoking and got a smoking room.

This is a beautiful apartment turned bed and breakfast - The rooms are all tastefully appointed and comfortable - The breakfast is continental style with fresh rolls each morning, and a good selection of fruits and cheese - Feels like a retreat

This is a great hotel to stay at when you have to fly out of Fiumicino Airport the next morning. A shuttle bus runs to and from the airport (reasonable charge), it is walking distance to restaurants, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the delicious breakfast offers many items in a pleasant setting.

Very few restaurants nearby, lots of airplane noise due to proximity of the airport, carpet in poor condition, staff friendly but not particularly helpful, charge for shuttle to airport excessive.

It was very quiet hotel near to Fiumicino airport in Rome.. and it was also near to ther business factory which i stay!!!

Rudest staff I have ever come across. I can't believe that we were paying to be treated that rudely. The list of negatives: wi-fi was barely working the entire time, a/c did not work at all. We were told that it simply didn't work! No reason, offers of compensation. Sheets were dirty with stains. Worst of all the power kept cutting out, and when it did there was no o e around to contact!! Would never stay there again and would not advise others to either!!! Stay away!
