The location is great! But don't ask for this adress because nobody knows. Is better to ask for Chiesa della Fava. Is very close.

Great location, right on a junction of two canals, and tucked away just off the busy routes between Rialto and St.Mark's square. Big room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Noise from canal boats.

Central location. Atmosphere. Right on the canals. 2 minutes from Rialto bridge.

Staff were friendly, Good location 5 minutes from San Marco Square, room was clean, TV worked, a small canal right outside the window was nice.

Surprised at the cost 110E the day before, you think they would slash prices to get rooms filled up. Only that price due to location rather than the hotel itself! Also towels were rubbish sandpaper things!

It was clean and in a good location.

The location was good. Luckily our room was by the breakfast area so we were able to get a wifi signal.

Breakfast should be included in the rate.

The price we got was a really great deal. Room wise, I would say we got what we paid for. Location-wise, we got more! It was really close to everything. Also, since it is near Rialto, you won't get lost. Just follow the signs that says To Rialto and you will surely find your way back. Service-wise, the staff were accommodating. They even gave us a free map (considering that everything in Venice has a price). Although the map was 4 years old, it was still pretty much accurate. There is also free wifi at the breakfast area.

Only draw back is that there are no elevators so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Good thing it's only 1 flight. Also there is no wifi in the room.

The staff was friendly. Good location.

The walls are too thin. We could hear people talking while we were sleeping in the middle of the night. The hairdryer is located outside the bathroom which was weird

Excellent, with the best location in Venice, 3 minutes away from the s Marco Piazza. Nice, clean and spacious room.

No internet in the room, only in the breakfast room. I suggest to make clear this detail in the profile of the hotel.

Very good location, just couple minutes to go to St. Marco square. The other main places are also easily accessible.

You can hear almost everything in neighboring rooms because of bad insulation.

The location is just in the city centre, very convenient. Hotel staff was friendly.

It is probably one of the hotel rules in Venice that the hotel did not provide hot drinking water and/or kettle for boiling water.

Accommodation is very basic but included breakfast was good value, staff were very friendly.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so bathroom facilities were very average.

Cheap, good location in the center of the city near Rialto, which you will easily find even in Venice, friendly staff and fast wifi on the floor

Garbage in bathrooms was not cleaned for 3 days, when we were at the hotel they did not serve the breakfast, but it's okay since there are plenty of places to eat nearby and the hotel is overall clean.

Good location centred between Rialto bridge and St Marks Square. Quite a way from the train station. Free breakfast was good, packet croissants and cereals and coffee machine. Good start to the day. Looks out on canals

Rooms are very simple and quite dated and need a bit of attention but good Value for money

I liked the location. The hotel is not very far from the vaporettostop Rialto.Our room faced the canal.

Even so it was cool and the room cold the heat was turned off and even so I asked for it to be turned on it remained off.

Great location! Super affordable, can't beat the price. The room was huge and it had its own bathroom. We stayed at a quadruple room. IT was simple but very clean, the bathroom was spotless and recently remodeled. Towels were clean and they offer breakfast for $5 euros. If you have small kids do that since you will have to wander around till you find a nice spot to have breakfast that is kids friendly. The hotel is 2 blocks from rialto bridge. From the airport you can take the vaporetto to rialto and walk. Google walking directions before you go from rialto to the hotel and you cannot get lost. If you have more thn 4 people in your party is best to take a water taxi (100 euros from the airport), but it leaves you practically at their door. again, print the map of the hotel and show it to the driver. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews, this is the middle of venice people, you are not going to find a brand new spacious hotel, let alone for this price!

Situated on Venice island, everything reachable by feet, nice old-fashioned house, excellent windows view from room to Venetian canals and bridges.

- it was not hot water in the shower, we have to ask receptionist to turn on hot water and wait for 30 minutes; and even after that it was not enough hot water to take shower for 2 persons. - it was a bed bugs in the room - we stayed 2 nights, but our room was not cleaned and sheet was not changed - Hotel is old, depressive and smelly (at least our room was). I think for the same amout of money (130 euro) we could rent hotel across Rialto Bridge, what is also a great location and have more service. - if you plan to stay in this hotel print out direction from google map if possible. We spend a lot of time to find hotel and receptionist was not any help.

Great location between san Marco and realto bridge.

The pictures on line do not represent what you really see. The hotel is very old and in very poor shape. The hotel staff were friendly and nice breakfast is five euros a person and not very good.
